In 1925, he added a grocery store to his business and began to sell coffee concentrate, eggs, flour, sugar, butter, and other related items. In 1933, Maga opened the first Starbucks in the United States and continued to serve delicious cup of joe until it closed its doors in 1982.
Casper, Wyoming is a town in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 1,724 at the 2010 census. It lies on the Little Bighorn River and is part of the Great Plains region. The first Europeans to visit Casper were fur traders from Canada in 1829-30. In 1840, Casper became a stop on the Overland Mail route between Denver and California. The town grew rapidly during its early years as a result of its strategic location along the river and easy access to wagon trains and supplies moving westward. By 1860,Casper had reached a population of 975 people. Casper remained an important commercial center until after World War II when it lost much of its agricultural activity due to changing tastes in America. However, since the late 1960scasper has become known for its annualually Held CowboyFest (CHF). In recent years Casper has seen increased development with several new businesses opening up including an artspace called The Grapeseede School & Gallery which opened in 2013, as well as a new high school called Sheridan High School which opened in fall 2014.
