This country is known for its fertile soil and good quality beans which makes the artisans here produce some of the best artisan coffees in the world. In addition to their delicious cup of Joe, these beans also have a story behind them- they were once used to make robes for Emperor Akihito! What an amazing reminder that some things never change no matter how many times we replan them! As the only city in Wisconsin with a world-renowned coffee roasting company, Sussex has a rich coffee history dating back to 1892. The first espresso machine was built by Luigi Demare in 1896 and today, Sussex Coffee Roasters is one of the oldest and most successful espresso companies in the United States. In 1922, Harry Fenton opened The Park Place Cafe in Sussex and soon became known for his delicious Italian coffee. In 1951, Harry's son, Don Fenton took over His father's business and ran it until his death in 1984. Don's daughter, Kathy Fenton Green started The Garden Café on Lombard Street near State Street in Sussex in1992 and continues to operate it today as an independently owned institution with multiple locations across Wisconsin. The first Starbucks was open on West Main Street in Milwaukee in 1997. Today, Starbucks has more than 20 stores throughout the United States including 8 located within 5 miles of Sussex!
Sussex is a town in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,752 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Milwaukee–Wisconsin Metropolitan area. Sussex is located on the Fox River and has a humid subtropical climate with hot summers and cold winters. The town was founded in 1837 by veterans of the Mexican-American War, who named it for their home county, Sussex County, England. The first European settlers arrived in what is now Sussex in 1837 when veteran soldiers from Mexico fought against United States forces during the Mexican-American War. They named their new community after their home county—Sussex County, England—in an effort to attract more British immigrants to America than were available from Canada or Europe. By 1840, there were over 100 residents living in Sussex and its surrounds. In 1847, voters adopted a local government form similar to that used today; this led to growth as businesses began opening up and homes were constructed for people working in nearby townships such as Milwaukee and Racine. In 1955, Sussex became one of sixteen towns annexed by Racine into that city's jurisdiction; however, voting rights continued to be held by residents of adjacent towns until 1967 when all township elections were eliminated within Racine's limits due to boundary changes made following the merger of neighboring cities into Milwaukee proper. In 1970, voters passed a referendum calling for consideration of annexing neighboring Waukesha County because they felt that Waukesha had been neglectful of its small rural population while Racine had been developing rapidly into one of Wisconsin's largest cities! Approval came through with Waukesha becoming an annexe on May 9th 1971 ! However annexation did not take place until 1999 when Weslaco Township merged with Racine creating an even larger municipality which then annexed Sussex! When combined with other municipalities like West Allis (1961), Greenfield (1973), Brookfield (1977), Oneida (1981), Oshkosh (1983) and Lawton Heights annexation would have brought the total number of municipalities within Greater Milwaukee Watershedclose to 500 ! It should be noted that only those cities which applied for annexationreceived approval from fellow citizens beforeMunicipalities formed outsidethe Watershedwere allowed accessto fundingandpropertyrightsthatwouldhavebeen precludedbythe merger

One of these was The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, founded in 1978 by two friends who were passionate about their craft. Over the years, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has become one of America's leading roasters, selling its coffee all over the country. The history of artisan coffee begins with Dutch settlers coming to North America in 1624 and discovering Java's famous green beans. They brought back beans that would later be called espresso (javanese for "coffee"). Indonesia also played a big role in early coffee culture as traders traveled there seeking goods such as spices and cocoa. In 1795, Swiss trader Johann Balthasar Fischer first introduced java syrups to English consumers at his store on Great George Street in London. Soon after, other Europeans began importing Java's finest green beans and creating their own cafes from scratch. These pioneer cafes served as an inspiration for later American cafes such as Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. During the next century, different countries experienced different economic conditions which led to changes within coffee cultures. For example, during World War II Japanese troops invaded Indonesia and destroyed much of its coffee business due to rationing policies set by Japan at that time. This led to a decline in demand forJava's best green beans which caused many Indonesian coffeesmiths to move back into Europe or USA where they continued making high-quality coffee until 1970 when production level decreased drastically because of technological advances made by IBM (International Business Machines). However, some Indonesian coffeesmiths managed to keep production going until 1990 despite IBM restrictions on certain regional dialects used for brewing cafés' speciality coffees including Java's most renowned Rooibos clone known as Vaisalaan (literally "big brown bag"). Nevertheless, throughout these hundred years many talented Indonesian women have successfully transitioned into male roles within their respective fields of work including chefs/cuisines directors at top restaurants across America like Bob Evans Restaurants Inc., extended family members working alongside them in small mom-and-pop shops like Momofuku Noodle Bar & Izakaya Satsuki Ishikawa; baristas working at local java joints; agricultural workers doing manual labor while raising families; etcetera...thus continuingly maintaining the legacy of this unique cuisine even though international trade has diminished significantly since then!

The history of Sussex, Wisconsin begins with the first permanent settler in the area in 1854. The town was named for Captain John Fenton, who donated land to the town. In 1876, Sussex became a village and then a town in 1912. In 1978, it became a city. Since then, Sussex has seen many changes both large and small. The population declined from its peak of around 50,000 in 2000 to only 17,500 in 2016 but has since recovered somewhat and is today located at 27,600 residents. One of the biggest changes has been its economy which has diversified over time thanks to its location within the Midwest region. Manufacturing now accounts for most of Sussex's jobs while health care and retail are also major sectors of their economy. One of Sussex's main attractions is its rich history which can be found throughout the community including buildings such as the old courthouse and post office dating back to 1872 as well as some notable local events such as the annual County Fair which takes place every July in memory of Colonel George Hinkle who fought during World War I and later served as mayor of Sussex
On July 1, 1854, Sussex County was organized as a county. On October 15, 1885, it became part of the State of Wisconsin. The population of Sussex County in 1900 was 20,000.
