The origins of the Racine Coffee Industry can be traced back to 1876 when two German immigrants named Johann Kipper and Wilhelm Fasching founded the Julius Kipper & Sons brewing company. The company soon became well-known for its roasted beans and Albany chocolate milk products. In 1916, Julius Kipper passed away and his son Maximilian took over the business. At Maximilian's death in 1922, his successors continued to operate their business until 1954 when it was purchased by Eppelhard Werner of Milwaukee Brewing Company. Under Werner's ownership, Racine Coffee began developing into one of Wisconsin's leading coffee companies. During World War II, Racine Coffee was instrumental in helping support America's war effort by manufacturing rationed materials such as cocoa powder and coffee beans. After the war ended, many of Racine Coffee's employees relocated to other parts of Wisconsin or overseas but the company retained its traditions of excellence in roast quality and product innovation. Over time, however,racinecoffeecompany changed hands multiple times before becoming part of Starbucks Corporation in 2007. Since then it has been working hard on modernizing its operations while keeping its tradition of high-quality artisanal coffee alive

It was operated by John Siskind and his son, Jacob Siskind. In 1827, Isaac Noldey opened the First National Coffee House on Main Street. This coffee house became one of the most popular in town and served as a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. A few years later, Nicholas DeBevoise opened the Second National Coffee House on State Street. This coffee house also served as a meeting place for local businesses and citizens. In 1853, John Fenton set up his own grocery store on Fourth Street in Racine and started serving roasted coffee from his home-front roasteries. In 1872, businessmen Augustus Beckwith and George Hildebrandt founded The Hoffman Bros.' Coffee Company with a goal of bringing quality artisanal coffee to Racine residents and visitors alike. Hoffman Bros.' Coffee company served delicious cups of java consistently throughout the late 1800s until its closure in 1951. During that time period, Hoffman Bros.' roasting plants produced some of Racine's earliest known artesian coffees such as The Dark Horse (1896) and The Gilded Cage (1902). In 1945, Driscoll Coffee Corporation was founded by James Driscoll with the goal of providing high-quality artisanal coffee to Milwaukeeites and others near Milwaukee Avenue South in downtown Milwaukee. At first glance, it may seem that Driscoll Coffee Corporation only produced brewed espresso drinks; however, over time they began producing whole bean ground coffees too! Driscoll's roastmasters continue to produce world-renowned hand-selected roasts at their facility today - making them one ofWisconsin's leading craft brewers!

Racine, Wisconsin is a city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin and the county seat of Racine County. The population was 26,624 at the 2010 census. It is the largest city in Racine County by population. Racine is also one of six cities that make up Milwaukee County,Wisconsin which has a total population of around 152 million people as of 2010. The first white settler in what would become Racine County was John Maynard Hutchins who arrived in 1836. Hutchins had been born on April 20th, 1795, in what is now Hartford, Connecticut and died on October 3rd, 1872 at the age of 80 years. He married Sarah Whitney on November 12th, 1819 and they began to live on a farm near present-day Racine. In 1840 there were only 10 settlers living in Racine County; however by 1850 there were over 100 families residing here with about 350 acres (160 hectares) of land purchased from the Indians for $5 per acre ($27 per hectare). Hutchins erected a log cabin known as "Hutchinson's Cabin" which he used as his home until he sold it to John Cermack in 1865 for $851 (now worth over US$1 million). Rapid growth during the post-Civil War era saw new arrivals fill needed jobs throughout agriculture and industry while also creating new neighborhoods such as Lakeview Terrace and North Shore Drive within downtown Racine - all within minutes' walk of each other! By 1920 nearly half of all residents lived inside the city limits! Many businesses opened up along Lake Michigan Boulevard including J & J Smith's grocery store where Mayor Woodruff served as owner/manager from 1906 to 1916; Wohlgemuth Brewing Co.; Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery; American Legion Post #2 (later Brewers Union Hall); Kaiser Aluminum Company Building; American Telephone & Telegraph Building...the list goes on! In 1940 more than 60% of workers in urban areas worked outside the home - an unheard-of statistic at that time! With advances in transportation such as air travel and satellite TV being developed during this time period things started to change for everyone when World War II came around - many jobs went away while others became available thanks to industrial production resulting in increased wages and opportunities! Afterward most residents returned back into their old lifestyles but some managed to start their own businesses or move out into adjacent communities just like they always have done! Today more than 60% percent of workers are employed within Urban Areas making it one of America’s fastest growing metropolitan areas with ongoing development potential!
