On April Fool’s Day 1907, the Wisconsin National Guard was again activated to help protect Milwaukee from a possible riot by citizens angry over new taxes imposed by Mayor Eugene Kahn. In 1913, Governor John J. Norris activated the national guard for the first time since 1903 when he ordered 100 soldiers from Wisconsin’s 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Heavy) stationed at Camp Randall near Madison to help suppress a looseknit labor movement known as “the Red Scare”. It wasn’t until 1919 that members of the United States Congress made it clear that they were not happy with how the military was being used andestablishing control over how it functioned within America through legislation such as Sixty-Third Amendment tothe Constitution which established War Powers Authority; this gave Congress ultimate authority over every aspect of military operations throughout America including mobilization and deploymentof units within state borders without input or approval from state legislatures During World War I there was significant expansion of our military because we realized that resources would be needed beyond just fighting WWI In 1921 we mobilized under State command In 1933 we mobilized again with Federal funds only this time we did so under Executive Order 9382 which created Command Post Reserve Corps along with Service Units After WWII ended there was significant restructuring within our government including demobilization/dispensation/ERP etc….and during this restructuring commanders assumed power local installations had been disbanded…..in 1951 Commander General Schwartzpack decided politicalcorrectness required name change….So after much deliberation WE DECIDED TO BE THE GREEN BAY PACKERS AND PRESENTED OUR DRESS CODE AS A PART OF OUR POLITICAL STRUCTURE
