The first settler families arrived around 1850 and soon started farming land that included parts of present-day Manitowoc County, Caledonia Township, Appleton and Milwaukee Counties, and portions of Racine County. In 1892, when Wisconsin became one state, Caledonia became an independent city with its own government that functions within Green Bay metropolitan area boundaries today. In 1932, Caledoniians annexed portions of Racine County which made it even more diverse with farms and factories being annexed into the city limits as well as areas near Waukesha River where hunting and fishing were popular pastimes for residents until recent times due to extensive forestation occurring since then! Over time, different methods were used to roast maga beans: roasting them on an open fire, using charcoal or social fires; or roasting them with sugar and cinnamon. Today, maga coffees are produced all around the world, most notably in Argentina and Brazil.

What is Caledonia, Wisconsin? Caledonia is a town in Douglas County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,827 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Green Bay–West Allis metropolitan area. The first known permanent resident of what would become Caledonia was John Prentice in 1845. He and his family were the first permanent residents to this area when they arrived from Illinois on the Mayflower. The community was named after HMS Cadiz, which had made an unsuccessful attempt to land at Green Bay in 1846. In 1847, a group of farmers together with Prentice purchased 640 acres (248 ha) of land around present-day downtown Caledonia for $2 per acre. This property became known as "The Township." In 1850, during the Mexican-American War, local volunteers joined American forces and helped repel Mexican invaders from west Texas. As a result of their service, some settlers came to believe that they were entitled to citizenship in America even though they were citizens of Mexico. Accordingly, on February 22nd 1850 – one day after American victory –Caledoniians voted unanimously to become Americans and adopted a constitution similar to that used by Kansas Cityans two years later when they achieved statehood. "After nearly fifty years," writes historian Don Krasnykowski "the story [of Caledonia] can be summarized as follows: Beginning with small beginnings near Prairie du Chien (now Wausau), early settlers in northwest Wisconsin built homes hereabouts; Agriculture became our chief industry; Manufacturing contributed greatly to economic growth; civic life flourished until World War II; but today much charm remains among these pioneer pioneers who are largely gone." There have been many changes over time including annexation by Milwaukee County during the 1920s and 1940s due in part to changing demographics within Douglas County itself as well as changes brought about by World War II which impacted agriculture especially because so many people moved into military service or worked in defense industries throughout the war period and afterwards relocated back home again once hostilities ended." Caledonia grew rapidly due to the discovery of coal and oil near its boundaries. By 1901, the population had reached 1,000 residents. In 1907,Caledonia became a city and soon developed into an important center for industrial growth in the region. In 1912,Caledonia became the first community in Wisconsin to have electric light. In 1933,Caledonia was annexed by Milwaukee County and today it is a part of that county.
