Bellevue, Wisconsin is a small town located in the state of Wisconsin. The population was 3,521 at the 2010 census. Belvue is one of the oldest communities in the area and has been around since 1847. The first coffee house in Bellevue was called The Coffee House on Green Street. It was opened by George Wetherbee and operated for two years. In 1849, John D’Angelo opened a store on Main Street which became known as The D’Angelo Store. In 1850, Reverend Isaiah Watkins opened a Methodist church on First Avenue which also became known as The Watkins Church. In 1853, Jules Morse built a building on Second Street which became known as The Morse Building. In 1854, David Jones started brewing coffee at his house on Third Street which became known as Jones Brewery. In 1865, John Noyes started brewing coffee at his house on Fourth Street which became known as Noyes Brewery. In 1867-68, Augustus Crain began brewing coffee at his home on Fifth Street which becameknown as Crain Brewery. By 1870-71, Harry Klingbrew had founded Klingbrew Coffee Company and brewed coffee from his house until it moved to its current location in Bellevue in 1890s In 1898-99, Howard Stryker established White Horse Coffee Company and brewed coffee from his home until it moved to its current location in Bellevue in 1990s In 2006-2007, Blue Bottle Coffee started production within Bellevue and has continued to produce high quality beans ever since The city of Bellevue has regularly hosted events that highlight the history of small batch coffee such as International Coffeeshow Days or Sock hopsfest

The beans were roasted and ground onsite. In the 1940s, a small family running a grocery store began to sell coffee from their truck. They sold two-pound bags of fresh, whole beans direct to customers. In the 1970s, Bellevue Coffee Corporation was founded by Donny & Mary Kline. The company became one of the largest single-source roasters in the United States. In 2006, Bellevue Coffee Corporation merged with Green Mountain Coffee Company to form Roastery 1128 LLC.

It is bordered to the west by Menomonee Falls Township, to the north by White Earth Township, and to the east by Kenosha County. According to the United States Census Bureau, Bellevue has a total area of , all of it land. The village lies within both Green Bay Municipal Airport Authority jurisdiction and Racine Municipal Airport authority jurisdiction but does not have any commercial or general aviation services provided by those authorities.

Bellevue is a town in Douglas County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 5,579 at the 2010 census. Bellevue has been settled since 1852. It is named after the Bellevue Estate in London, England. Bellevue was platted in 1852 by John A. Holmquist and James Fenton. The first post office was established in Bellevue on February 17, 1853. The original plat included a village center with a store and two residences (the first house being built by JFenton). By 1860, the population had grown to about 50 people and the plat was amended to include a church and other public buildings. In 1863, Bellevue became part of the new Dodge City Union School District; it remained part of that district until it disbanded in 1972. Bellevue's economy has always been agricultural; its main crops have been corn, wheat, soybeans, apples, potatoes and eggs since Atchison & Topeka Railway Company trains stopped at the railroad depot here for passengers on their way to Kansas City or Omaha during the late 1800s. Today much of Bellevue's economic activity takes place through small businesses clustered around its three churches: First Congregational Church (founded in 1865), Second Baptist Church (founded in 1886) and Holy Cross Catholic Parish (founded in 1896). There are also several stores and restaurants located within minutes' walk of BellevUE Elementary School or from Interstate 94 Exit 131A which serves as an interchange for travel east/west between Chicago and Milwaukee County/. In addition to its churches there are also numerous educational institutions located nearby including BellevUE Middle School (founded 1955), Everett High School (opened 1965), Douglas Community College/Lakeland Campus (opened 1989) as well as Valley Forge Presbyterian Church-West Side Campus which provides worship services for local schools along I-94 outside of town limits
Bellevue was founded in 1854 by John Stephenson and his family. The town grew rapidly due to the increase in railroad traffic and its location on the UW-Madison campus. In 1865, Bellevue became a city with its own government. The population increased rapidly again through the late 1800s and into the 1900s, reaching over 100,000 by 1910. However, during World War I Bellevue experienced significant growth as a munitions plant. After the war, Bellevue experienced a decline in population until it stabilized around 30,000 between 1950 and 1970. The downtown area has been restored over time and now hosts many cultural attractions such as the Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra and Bellevue Playhouse.
