Bellevue is a city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin, and the county seat of Douglas County. The population was 25,890 at the 2010 census[1]. Bellevue's history goes back to 1837, when it was founded as a small town on the east side of the Mississippi River by fur traders and their families. It grew rapidly during the late 1800s as logging and farming became important sectors of local economy. In 1925, Bellevue joined with other nearby towns to form what would become Milwaukee County. During World War II, Bellevue was one of many cities in Wisconsin that went into production for munitions work. The city's aluminum industry played a significant role in post-war America. After the war ended, Bellevue began to decline as manufacturing moved away and its economy shifted towards service jobs and retailing opportunities. However, through aggressive marketing efforts and investment by local entrepreneurs, Bellevue has bounced back several times since 2000 – most notably in recent years with its growth in coffee beans and roasting businesses.[2] The current boom in coffee beans comes from two sources: Bellevue Coffee Roasters (BCR), which opened up shop in 2002;[3] Starbucks Coffee Corporation (SBUX), which bought BCR in 2006;[4] Finally, last year Jolt Coffee announced that it would open a store here within months,[5][6] further strengthening Bellevue's status as an early adopter of high-quality coffee products from around the world.[7] These new arrivals have helped drive sales up by 21%,[8] making BellevUE one of the fastest-growing cities in America over this past decade! Some key developments that have led to these successes include: Brantwood Coffee & Cake Inc., which opened up shop here last year;[9][10]; Weijuns Zuid Holland Bazaar & Market Co., which opened up shop here earlier this year;[11]; finally Koffee Klatch opening up shop inside Scruffy’s Diner near downtown just recently! This addition not only brings great quality Ethiopian waffles onto our menu but also provides us with an opportunity to meet some really nice people along our journey – something we sorely lack these days :(

Bellevue is a small town in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 2,814 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Bellevue is home to the Bellevue-Everett High School and Everett Community College. Bellevue began as a log cabin settlement on an east-west road in what is now eastern Janesville township, Chippewa County,Wisconsin Territory (now Richland County). In 1855, pioneer John Sievers built a cabin and store near present day Bellevue on Hwy 11 about one mile (1 km) from the then current town center and two miles (3 km) from where it would later merge with Everett Township to form today's Bellevue Township. The first school in Bellevue was built in 1857 by Isaac Ruggles and Caryl Smith at what is now Hwy 11 and Waverly Road. The first teacher was Mrs distilled water which served as both a drinking water source for students as well as instruction for their parents or guardian until 1862 when Mr Lisbon opened his own schoolhouse south of present day Hwy 11 nearcurrent day Vaughn Park Drive/Highway 169A. In 1861, land became available to purchase from nearby Janesville for $100 per acre (0·68 km²), which increased in value every year through 1865 due to easy access to natural resources such as coal, lumber, oilseed crops, dairy products and other goods exported by steamboats passing through the Menominee River valley between Janesville and Watertown before reaching Milwaukee Bay. On February 12, 1865 local residents voted 4–1 to annex neighboring Everett Township because its land had become too valuable not to be developed commercially according to plans submitted by J P Hecker & Son Incorporated of Milwaukee after traveling through Chippewa County during the summer of 1865 surveying various potential incorporations into areas including those surrounding BellevUE including Evanston Heights northeast of downtown Chicago By 1920s development had slowed due largely to Prohibition but resumed with heavy investment following repeal in 1933; businesses such as J P Hecker & Son continued operations until 1984 when they merged with Allis Chalmers Corporation becoming Allis-Chalmers Corporation . The last active business operation took place at 255 N Market Street located adjacent to current day Vaughn Park Drive/Highway 169A prior thereto being razed in 1985 along with much of earlier commercial infrastructure associated with that company including its original factory building located on N Market Street adjacent thereto having been occupied since that date by several restaurants primarily catering exclusively To Native American customers known collectively throughout these years simply as "Allis Chalmers". At first, coffee was brewed from trees in Africa and Asia, but as these regions became more developed, beans were imported from Europe. The first coffee shops appeared in Paris in the early 18th century. The growth of coffee industry led to a increased demand for beans, which caused refinement of methods and the development of different coffees. By the 1830s, two types of coffee had emerged: Arabica and Robusta. Arabica beans are more processed than Robusta beans and have a sweeter flavor; while Robusta is darker and has a harder texture. During this time, roasting method also changed with an emphasis on preserving flavor rather than extracting it completely. Roasts were usually stored at lower temperatures for a longer period so that they would not spoil or become dryer within hours after being roasted. This allowed for a more complex flavor profile to develop over time and helped make high-quality Arabica Coffee possible today.
