Lee surrendered at Appomattox Court House south of Richmond, VA and was executed by hanging outside his headquarters on April 9th 1865 surrounded by his Confederate commandos wearing full military uniforms with Stars & Stripes flying from their helmets! For this heinous act against humanity, GeneralLee wasidered a traitor to his own people and an accessory to treason against our country!
