In 1915, White Sulphur Springs Brewing merged with Roanoke Brewing Company to form Roanoke-White Sulphur Springs Brewing Corporation. The company was renamed White Sulphur Springs Brewery again in 1986 after it became part of United Breweries Incorporated (UBI). UBI is now Anheuser-Busch InBev plc.
