As a coffee lover, you know that nothing is better than fresh-roasted beans. But what happens when someone takes their love of coffee and turns it into a craft? That's where artisan coffee comes in. An artisan coffee shop is not just about the beans, they are also about the process that goes into making them. They may use local farms or roasters to get their beans, and they will sometimes roast them themselves in-house. This allows for a certain level of quality control that cannot be found at most chain stores. But even more importantly, an artisan coffee shop signifies something special to its customers. These establishments often have a personal touch, with employees who care about their customers and make sure they are happy with their drinks. This community spirit is what setsartisan cafes apart from other businesses.

There is no one definitive history of artisan coffee in Spanish Fork, Utah. However, the coffee scene in this isolated town has been developing for over a century, and it is now home to some of the most sophisticated roasters and cafes in the area. One of the earliest coffee shops in Spanish Fork was The Coffee House, which opened its doors in 1892. In 1923, The Coffee House merged with The Daily Review newspaper to form The Daily Review-Daily Herald company. Over time, other paper companies also purchased ownership of The Daily Herald company. In 1951, Dutch Schultz founded Schultz's Coffee Millinery shop on Main Street in Spanish Fork. This was the first espresso shop in Utah and became a leading player within the industry. From here, Schultz developed a reputation for pioneering high-quality roasted coffee beans and innovative cooking methods. In 1984, Dutch Schultz' son Jeffrey bought out his father's share in Schultz's business and continued running it as Jeffrey's Coffee & Tea Co.,later known as Jefferies Coffee Company Incorporated (JCCI). JCCI became one of Utah’s leading roasters and offers an extensive variety of coffees from around the world online and at their physical stores across the state. At its height, JCCI produced over 5 million cups of ground coffee each year. In 2000, Jeffrey sold his business to Starbucks Corporation for $1 billion dollars – making him one of the richest people in America at that time (according to Forbes magazine). Since then, Jefferies Coffee Company Incorporated has continue expanding its operations into new markets across North America including Puerto Rico and Brazil!

Spanish Fork is a town in Wasatch County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,827 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Provo–Orem metropolitan area. Spanish Fork was founded in 1859 by Mormon pioneers and named for the village of San Fernando de la Vega, Canary Islands (now located in Spain). It became a municipality on January 1, 1959. The community site has been occupied since Pre-Columbian times by various cultures and groups of people including the Fremont culture which lived from 4000 to 9000 BP. There are several sites that have been excavated that date back to this time period. One such site is the Manchester Site which is an archaeological excavation that took place at Manchester Park near Spanish Fork in 1984-1985. This site yielded evidence for cultural Mono-speaking peoples who had resided here for over 5200 years before any other inhabitation began within what is now Wasatch County. During ancient times there were numerous sites throughout Wasatch County that have yielded evidence of early human activity including two sites known as Logan and Mill Creek bluffs which lie just east of Spanish Fork on the shores of Nicola Lake and are about 20 miles (32 km) north-northwest of Provo . These bluffs overlook Nicola Reservoir and provide excellent views into southern Utah where many ancient villages can be found such as those at Humboldt Hills, Cache Valley and even today’s Inouye National Forest near Salt Lake City

For many people, coffee is a morning ritual. For others, it's an afternoon pick-me-up. And for still others, it's a late night snack or dessert. Coffee was first brewed in small villages throughout the world and has been around since before written history. As coffee became more popular, interesting methods of brewing were developed to increase its flavor and complexity. The earliest known espresso machines were built by Giovanni de' Medici in 1513 and used water heated on logs to produce a hot drink that resembled milk but had a stronger flavor and was sometimes served with sugar or cinnamon added to taste. The Italian espresso machine of the 1700s used ground beans instead of water which gave the drink its characteristic bitter taste and strong aroma. The French roast machine of the 1800s differed from all other machines in that it used Grounds (French Roast) Beans instead of Water which gave it its unique flavor profile as well as making it easier to learn how to make espresso properly. In 1906, Angelo Parisi opened his first coffee house in Rome, Italy and began selling coffee direct from his bean patents through his companyParisi Coffee Company Ltd.. In 1912, Dutchman Cornelis van der Kolk started trading under the name Dutch Coffee Co., Ltd.. By 1926, almost every major American city had at least one café serving quality espresso along with Americano drinks such as cappuccino and latteAmericano

The first coffee shop was opened in the heart of downtown Seattle in 1907. The first espresso machine was invented by Angelo Marconi and installed at the Starbucks on 7th Ave.Seattle in 1957.
