The history of Eagle Mountain Coffee goes back to when two men were looking for a way to make more money than Selling Seeds from their farm. They came up with the idea of making coffee and selling it to other farmers. They started out small, but soon realized that they could make a lot more money by doing this than just farming seeds. In the 1950s, an Italian immigrant named Mario Aiello came to Eagle Mountain and decided to start brewing his own coffee. He loved how strong and passionate the local citizens were about their coffee and he knew that he could bring something unique to their town. Mario Aiello's legacy at Eagle Mountain Coffee continues to this day, as his employees continue to brew fresh beans every morning and sell them throughout the town. Today, there are over seventy-five employees working at Eagle Mountain Coffee who all share in Mario Aiello's passion for creating delicious coffee that everyone can enjoy!
