Brigham City, Utah is a city located in Weber County, Utah, United States. The population was 9,711 at the 2010 census. Brigham City was founded by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in 1847 as a farmstead called Harmony Valley. The name "Brigham City" was chosen after President Joseph Smith's visit to the area on April 6, 1847 and he saw that it would be an ideal location for a new LDS church headquarters. On November 4, 1850 Brigham City became the first town in Weber County when it was organized from part of Clearfield Township. In 1861 Mormon missionaries arrived in Brigham City and laid the foundation for what would become one of the largest concentrations of LDS people in America. The first post office in Brigham City was established on December 5, 1851. In 1863 Captain James J. Hillyer built a log cabin at what is now Main Street and named it Hillyer's Store after himself and his fellow captain with the 2ndUtah Infantry Regiment who had fought during the Mexican–American War. By 1865 main street had been renamed Third Street after General George Atherton whose brigade had participated in the Battle of San Jacinto which resulted in Mexico ceding Texas to American hegemony; this event helped spur anti-Mexican sentiment among Mormons throughout America which served as key motivation behind polygamy during this time period. Main Street continued to be renamed Third Street until 1955 when it changed its name back to MainStreet again following a referendum request by residents voted on October 3rd that year; this change also reflected local preference for having more unifying names rather than specific streets within their city limits which tended to differentiate neighborhoods within their city center apart from each other. In 1873, Brigham City was renamed Provo after President George A. Smith and his family moved from Winter Quarters to the city for their summer home.

Artisan Coffee Types There are many types of artisan coffee out there, but we will focus on two specific types: barista-served coffee and café-style coffee. Barrera Artisan Coffee is a type of Yemeni origin espresso that is made with beans from the region's high mountains. The beans are roasted by hand and then ground into a fine powder before being placed in an oven where it undergoes a number of treatments including baking at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, then steeping for 30 minutes. This produces a rich flavor profile with notes of spice, cocoa, and NVIDIA technology. Barrera Artisan Coffee is available as whole bean or pods which can be consumed fresh or frozen.
