American Fork, Utah is a city located in Davis County, Utah on the Wasatch Front. The population was estimated to be around 100,000 in 2010. American Fork has been home to many pioneers throughout its history and is a vibrant community today. The first permanent settler in what is now American Fork was John Davenport who established a ranch there in 1847. He and his wife Sarah were the first white women to live permanently in the area.
