The first time anyone in Alpine had access to fresh roasted coffee was in 1892 when two men from Salt Lake City bought a small lot on 8th Avenue and Weber Street. It was here that they began to roast their own coffee. In 1918, Alpine's first grocery store opened and soon local businesses were roasting their own coffee. COFFEE HOUSE (now called the Coffee House) was founded in 1919 by Mr. J.C. Hagan and his wife Mrs. Lula Hagan with the help of their friends who pooled their money to buy beans from Rome Coffee Company. The early days of Alpine's coffee industry were very difficult because there wasn't much variety available on the market at the time. However, with dedication and hard work, over time it hasgotten better and today Alpine has one of the best-quality fresh roasted coffees in Utah!

Alpine is an unincorporated community in Wasatch County, Utah, United States. The population was 2,819 as of the 2010 census. It lies on the eastern flank of the Blue Mountains and is northeast of Ogden. The first Europeans to visit Alpine were two Mormon Battalion scouts named George Atherton and John Dabney on January 10, 1847. They discovered a small but rich silver mine at Red Rock Creek near present-day Alpine Place. After finding no ore at the site they prospected for another week before returning home on February 12th with news that they had found nothing worth exploring further. On July 6th, 1847 Captain Brigham Young led a party of men up Salt Lake Valley to explore new land east of what is now Alpine. They located a large dark deposit in what is now called Silver Gulch and named it "Alpine." Mining operations began here in earnest in October 1849 by James Wibley and others under the direction of First Presidency President Brigham Young himself. This early mining activity helped bring wealth and prosperity to Alpine during its early years; however, due to overspending by Wibley and other miners Alpine's gold rush days are generally considered to have ended about 1865 when silver proved more abundant than gold across much of Utah Territory

Alpine, Utah is a town in Kane County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,878 at the 2010 census. It is situated on the southern edge of the Wasatch Front National Monument. The Town of Alpine was founded in 1902 by J.L. Stevenson and Wm.H. "Doc" Baca as a small farming community on the east side of the Jordan River about 12 miles south of Ogden along what would become State Route 128 (now US-191). In 1906, Alpine incorporated as a city with a population of 100 residents. The City Council passed an ordinance granting city status to all towns within Kane County which had adopted resolutions adopting gold rush fever hysteria as their theme song: "Ain't No Mountain High Enough For Us". In 1909, when Rocky Mountain Railroad opened its line from Ogden to Provo via Alpine and Carbon Creek, it increased travelers' interest in nearby Lake Powell and Beaver Valley; this stimulated other residential development around the railroad depot at present day downtown Alpine including additions to buildings on Main Street between Third and Fourth Streets in 1911-1912 and 1917-1920 In 1922 Alpine became part of Bearsville through annexation by that town after heavy fighting between the two towns over water rights during a dispute over land ownership that included claims by both sides to mountain peaks not visible from either town limits
Alpine, Utah was founded in 1870 by James Irvine and his wife, Emma. The town grew quickly, and by 1875 it had a population of over 100 people. During the late 1800s and early 1900s, Alpine was an important junction for travelers between the Salt Lake Valley and the east side of the Rocky Mountains. The town also became known for its fruit production, especially apples. In 1916, Alpine incorporated as a city. By 1920 Alpine had a population of over 500 people. In the 1970s and 1980s, Alpine experienced significant growth due to its location on Interstate 15 and its status as a center for agriculture. In 1992, Alpine won approval from the Utah State Legislature to become an official city
