As coffee beans are roasted, they often undergo a process called “flushing.” This is where the beans are washed and then heated so that the oils and flavors can break down and be absorbed into the bean. The hot water also removes any bacteria that may have built up during roasting. After this, the beans are typically dried in an oven or sunroof before being packed into sacks or boxes for shipment. The first espresso shop in Stafford was founded by Pietro Donato in 1892. Over time, other coffee shops opened their doors to customers in the town, including Giovanni's Coffee House in 1906, The Dutchman's Coffee House in 1912, Luigi's Coffee Shop & Bakery in 1916, and Joe's Cafe on Main Street in 1922. In 1936, Donato’s son-in-law Mario Braido purchased Joe’s Cafe from his father-in-law Sam Braido and renamed it The Italian Restaurant. In 1951, Stafford residents Hartley & Snively donated land to the city of Stafford for a park which would eventually become known as City Park (now part of Texas A&M University). During this time period, coffeehouses began to open up along State Highway 183 near City Park which gave people access to all types of caffeine products (tea, espresso etc.) without having to go out of their way to purchase them. On October 1st 1961, DonatellO'Doni opened his first cafe located at 5400 N FM 1960 W between Lawson Boulevard and IH 35W when Joes Café became operational providing fresh brewed espresso drinks with light snacks such as baguettes and salads while also using top quality equipment including a French press machine that produced excellent results both morning and afternoon peak hours. From its inception until 1993 when it closed its doors due to financial hardships due to changing tastes amongst Staffordians towards more upscale cafes within walking distance of each other; DonnatellO'Doni had helped start what is now one of the most popular tourist destinations for coffee lovers throughout Central Texas!

Stafford is a small town in the southwestern corner of Texas. The population was 7,227 at the 2010 census. It is named after General Robert E. Lee, who fought in the American Civil War and died there in 1865. The town lies on the banks of the Brazos River and is located about 25 miles (40 km) southeast of Austin and 15 miles (24 km) northeast of Dallas. Stafford's ZIP code is 76568. The townsite which now makes up Stafford was first developed as a cattle ranch by John Fetterman in 1875. In 1876, Jevons bought land from Fetterman for $3,000 and founded the town on what is now Main Street. Jevons renamed it Stafford because he had been to England where that name was given to a small village near London by an MP who visited that area during his campaign for office there in 1872-73. The name stuck and today's residents are mostly descended from those who lived here when Stafford was founded or later added to it through marriage or migration. Green housing developments were first built around 1946 but no one really knows how they got started or what their purpose was other than serving as temporary housing until permanent homes could be constructed elsewhere in the community or nearby villages became available again after World War II ended with Japan's surrender).
