These stores have been in business together since the early 1990's and continue to serve up unique and delicious cup of coffee each day. The Coffee Shop was founded by Rick D'Angelo in 1991. It was his first foray into the coffee industry and he quickly became known for his high-quality beans and excellent customer service. Rick passed away in 2003, but his legacy lives on at The Coffee Shop. His wife Jane ran the store until her death in 2018. Today, Karen runs the store as a full-time job with her husband helping out on occasion. The Roastery was founded by Tom Schieffer in 1993. It was Tom's first time starting a business and he quickly made a name for himself as one of the most talented roasters in Kyle. He continues to produce quality coffees today and offers customers an amazing variety of flavors to choose from! His shop is located upstairs at The CoffeeShop, so you can always enjoy a great cup of coffee without having to leave your cozy little shop!
