The final product is usually around 80% caffeine content, though some brands offer up to 100%. On the other hand, roast-less coffee isn’t as processed and doesn’t have any bitterness left in it after roasting. It also has a slightly fruity taste because of the skins that are removed during roasting. Roasted-less coffee typically contains around 50% caffeine content although some brands offer up to 90%. The difference between these two varieties comes down to how well they blend together - roasted beans give off a rougher texture when stirred while grinds from roast-less coffees tend to be smoother when ingested whole. Additionally, brews from both types tend to be darker in color than their grind counterparts; this is primarily due to howuggish the bean oils will turn into once exposed to air or heat (though there may be some exceptions).
