After World War II ended there continued growth as new industries such as plastics production and information technology sprung up in nearby Midland County. In recent years there has been progress made towards redevelopment in Euless with a number of homes being sold off for use as apartments or condos; however much more needs to be done if Euless wants to keep pace with other growing communities such as Richardson (population: 21,000) or Corpus Christi (population: 100,,000).
