By 1912, Harry White had established five different deer park cafes across Texas. He also opened several stores throughout the Lone Star State selling coffee and cigarettes. Over time, Harry Whites company became one of the most successful java-based caffeine businesses in the country. In 1949, HarryWhite donated his entire business holdings to his wife Eleanor (née Swanson) for use as a nonprofit educational foundation called The Eleanor Swanson Foundation for Coffee Education & Research (ESFREC). ESFREC has since become one of America's leading espresso education organizations with its focus on research and innovation in coffee technology. This coffee house was where he started to make and sell coffee. Gutenberg also bought some of the first modern beans from Sulawesi (Bali) and Ethiopia. His coffee beans were so good that people started to call them “Gutenberg” coffee. In 1875, Nicholas-Jacques Conte opened his own shop in Paris. He began selling maga coffee, which was a blend of Arabic and Ethiopian beans. At this time, many people thought that maga coffee was just like regular coffee – it had a strong flavor and was popular all over Europe. But things changed when Italians began to come into France and try Nicolas-Jacques Conte’s beans! They loved the flavor of his maga coffee and decided that this must be what real Italian espresso tasted like! From then on, French people started calling maga espresso “maga” instead of regular espresso because they knew this style of caffeine could only be made by Italians! Maga Coffee finally reached America in 1907 when two Scottish brothers named John Aitcheson and Jamie Macdonald travelled down to Indonesia to buy some nice new Arabica beans from their friend Ibn Battuta. When they got back home they brought theseArabica beans back up north to Scotland where they set up a small business makingmagagocoffee for the American market. This is when American people first discovered how great maga coffee can taste!

Deer Park is a small town in Potter County, Texas, United States. The population was 596 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first settlers in Deer Park were J.P. Caldwell and his family who arrived on September 10, 1875 from Wichita Falls, Texas. They started a farm and named it Caldwell's Grove after their pioneer father-in-law John Caldwell (1792-1867). The area that now forms Deer Park was surveyed in 1879 by Wm. Hogg and named for General James Ketchum, who had been Ulysses S. Grant's aide de camp during the Mexican War. In 1888, two brothers founded the Houston Electric Railway Company which served as a main provider of power for businesses and farmers in central Potter County until it went bankrupt in 1912. In 1914, the Chappell family acquired land north of Deer Park from the Houston Electric Railway company and began to develop it into what is now known as Deer Park Rancho Adobe State Historic Site which includes a museum complex with exhibits on ranch life before electricity made it possible to have other types of recreational activities such as swimming & fishing on large tracts of open land within easy walking distance of homesites across three miles wide! In 1922, the townsite name was changed to Deer Park by an act of Congress following recommendations by then-Governor James Fenton because deer were being killed indiscriminately throughout much of Potter County due to encroachment by Haskell cattle ranchers on private property between Haskell Valley Road (now IH 35) and Clear Creek Lake located east/northeast of present day Deer Park off FM 529 near Waco Industrial Airport In 1923 local citizens petitioned Dallas City Council to rename all cities therein “Dallas” upon its incorporation as a city; this request was granted without objection but no change took place until 1925 when “Dallas” was changed back again to its original name - "Deerpark". Regular firefights occurred around this time between cowboyroses (a type cf wild hogs) living along Clear Creek Lake while hunting antelope over access points leading upriver then making their way downstream downriver past current day Weldon Dam before finally slaughtering these animals at night under cover from cows & horses grazing on adjacent acreage just upstream from where we currently stand today! These clashes led to increased use / management fees associated with hunting taking place upstream which lead ultimately to mitigation efforts beginning about 1970s among various private landowners including current owner Donny McCaslin thruJim Bowie
Deer Park was settled in 1847 by a group of Texans. The community quickly grew, and in 1856 it became the county seat of Kerr County. In 1907, Deer Park incorporated as a city. It remained an all-male city until 1978 when it began to allow women to vote.
