These gifts were followed up with another three Boeing 747s in 1966 and 1968 respectively. In 1969, two McDonnell Douglas C-97 Globemaster III Airliners were sent to the Philippines as part of UPI's Mindanao Campaign when martial law was declared there after an overthrow of president Ferdinand Marcos by popular forces opposing him. On October 15th 1975, four F-15 Eagle fighters were donated to Peru by then Air Commodore George Evans as part of Operation Condor between Peruvian Air Force and Argentine Navy in support of human rights abuses being committed against Falcón supporters inside Peru's Andean region at that time (later documented through film evidence). This was also one year after former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori had come into power promising change following years of Marxist rule which had overseen massive human rights abuses including disappearances and torture throughout much of Peru's central plateau region). On November 5th 1978 four Lockheed L-1011 Starliners - previously operated by Pan American World Airways - were delivered from Denver Airport aboard United Airlines Flight 847 bound for Miami International Airport where they would undergo refurbishment prior to their donation being transferred onto Venezuelan airline Avianca Flight 648 on behalf of Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) component Banco de Venezuela et al., becoming permanently available for Venezuelan use starting February 1st 1979 under operational designation VH-2DHM_.
