Some say that the origins of artisan coffee go back to 18th century Spain where people would roast their own beans. Others credit Dutch roasters with introducing this style to America in the mid 1800s. Still others attribute the success of artisan coffee venues like The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Cayce to the work ethic and dedication of its owners. As America became more populated, so too did demand for quality artisan coffee. As more and more people began moving into cities, they wanted their morning caffeine fix close at hand. This led to the development of small cafes and restaurants that specializationized on sourcing only high-quality beans from specific regions or countries. In response, many small business owners started purchasing their own individual roasting machines so they could produce greater quantities at lower costs per cup. This allowed them to remain viable while also creating a sense of community among their customers. Today, there are numerous artisan coffee businesses scattered throughout Cayce - each one offering unique flavors and experiences that make it an enjoyable experience every time you walk into town square! As a coffee lover, you have probably experienced the joys and sorrows of artisan-roasted coffee. Whether you're a first-time buyer or an expert, there are many different ways to enjoy good artisan coffee. Why not learn more about it? One of the most important factors in enjoying great artisan coffee is quality. Good roasting techniques2 result in an intense flavor and a smooth texture. This is why top-quality beans cost so much, but also whyartisan coffees are so versatile: they can be enjoyed either black or white. There are several key steps involved in good roasting: prepping the beans by wetting them with water and then drying them; mixing the roasted beans with hot water; then pressing them intoummy bags or boxes4 to store for later consumption. The goal is to get as much flavor out of each bean as possible before packaging it for sale. Different areas around the world produce different types of Beans and Roasts that will compliment your own personal style! For example, Ethiopia produces high altitude Ethiopian Harassem Coffee which has a fruity taste with notes of spice and sweet cinnamon flavors5 while Java offers unique earthy flavors from its Sumatra region6. Here at our shop we focus on freshness & development not only for our roast styles but also all aspects associated with Rotation grinds - these days including whole bean grinding rather than pod grinding which brings even more complexity to each cup!

Coffee beans were brought overland from Africa for processing into drinks. The first Starbucks opened up in Seattle in 1997 and became an overnight sensation. Cayce is a town in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 1,590 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Greenville-Spartanburg Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Cayce area first settled by Africans before being claimed by the British as part of Pomfret Plantation in 1775. In 1802, a small community called Meeting House got started on what was then known as "Mint Hill" east of downtown Cayce. A post office was established there in 1806 and remained until it was discontinued in 1865. In 1814, General Andrew Jackson and his army invaded South Carolina and burned much of the state's capital of Columbia but spared Cayce. That same year, Congress passed an act providing for military duty along the coastlines of South Carolina and Georgia; when that duty ended in 1818, a new military post named Fort Jackson was established at nearby Savannah with jurisdiction over all coastal areas north to Charleston harbor. The fort sat idle for many years until it was taken over by Confederate forces during the Civil War and used as a base for operations against Union forces near Spartanburg Harbor before finally surrendering on April 9, 1865. A new Fort Jackson replaced it from within and after several years' occupancy became known as "Fort Pickens". It served as Confederate Headquarters during Reconstruction before reverting to Union control following their abandonment of that effort two years later. In 1898, Hurricane Floyd destroyed most of Savannahopolis which included Fort Pickens; however remnants including some cannons still remain today outside town limits near Hammonds Ferry Road just south of I-19/US Highway 301 exit #2 (south side). Aftermath marked almost complete demolition but some remaining structures were salvaged and moved inside modern day Town Hall where they still stand today (access via private driveway). In 1933 Hurricane Hazel caused extensive damage to Jacksonville which impacted Cayce extensively; however little or no damage occurred to either town proper or surrounding communities due to its location on high ground away from any water bodieside damage although some homes were destroyed due to flooding caused by overflowing creekside ditches.). Cayce received national attention around that time because afterwards locals built more than half a dozen homes/shaped like giant pandas located atop high rise blocks next to interstate 95A just east of downtown between Greenwood Drive & US Hwy 301 exit #4 - now State Fairgrounds complex - becoming world famous for their unique architecture (). During World War II "Jaxon Park" () southeast off I-95A near Turnpike exit 104) housing large numbers African American troops barracks warehoused adjacent provide educational opportunities for local black families while white families lived elsewhere (). Postwar redevelopment led mostly white residents moving into older parts while blacks continued living primarily in newly created parks/residential neighborhoods beginning around 1960s making ends meet through various forms transportation options such as bus service available from central business district.) Today's demographics: majority black with few whites remaining; relatively recent influxes (mostly since 1990s) consisting largely Hispanic immigrants.; single family dwellings are predominant save for one example Village at junction of I-19 & US Hwy 301 exit #5 opposite Hammonds Ferry Rd., which is home to only handful Of African American homeowners.; economy is based largely on agriculture with limited non-agricultural employment
