The United States Air Force (USAF) has a long and proud history of deploying gifts to members of the community. The USAF Gift History Program is one way that the USAF remains committed to supporting its mission, by providing unique and thoughtful gifts for individuals, families and businesses. The USAF Gift History Program began in 1954 as a way for servicemembers to show their appreciation. At that time, it was not common for the USAF to send items such as clothing, books or electronics directly to civilians. In order to make sure that everyone who received a gift was happy and had everything they needed, the program became known as “Gift Delivery”. This system allowed ourAAF members from all over the world to share in our love of aviation through giving back. Since its inception, the USAF Gift History Program has grown into something much more than just an online registry of gifts sent by members of the military; it has become an important part of USAAF culture. Through these annual gifting ceremonies, we celebrate life within our unit and across America with friends and family alike. By sending special messages each year at holiday time, we aspire to create memories that will last long after we leave this world behind.

Scranton, Pennsylvania is a city in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 15,838 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Lackawanna County. The name Scranton comes from the Monongahela River and means "humble place." The first Europeans to visit what is now Scranton were Dutch traders in 1619. They named it Krijgenburg (or "Kirkwood"). In 1795, General George Washington surveyed and laid out the town on land that now forms part of downtown Scranton. The town was incorporated as a borough on December 4, 1802. A coat of arms was granted to the town on February 14, 1824 byAct of Congress No 792. The current armorial bearings are based on those granted to the Borough by Act of Congress No 1084 which repealed Act No 792. In 1828–29, John Crouse built a sawmill and gristmill near what is now Ulysses S Grant Park in central Scranton for use by farmers west of Philadelphia who could not get permission from their local governments to build mills east of the Susquehanna River. This mill rapidly became an important player in early industrial development in central Scranton because it produced flour for export and also supplied lumber for build-outs throughout western PA and eastern Ohio; it remain one of only two remaining wooden-framed gristmills in America still running today. In 1862–63, when war began with Confederate forces south of Pittsburgh, many citizens made themselves refugees across the Susquehanna River into protective Union territory within our borders; this led to increased business activity around the city limits during wartime because few people had any other place to go apart from their homes or businesses close to home). Aftermaths included soldiers' housing developments such as Fort Delaware (now University Hill) outside town center during peacetime while troops were Billeted there; commercial buildings such as P&O Railroad Depot being built along Market Street directly adjacent to where Ft Delaware later stands; more recently retail areas such as Allendale Mall have sprung up nearby including adjacent State College University which has its own shopping mall just off I-81 north exit ramp accessible via bridge over SR 904 across SR 412

In 2012, the USAF delivered a pair of F-15 Eagle fighter jets to Egypt’s Air Force in order to help them increase their capacity against Hezbollah militants. This donation also demonstrated American commitment to security in North Africa and Middle East.

Scranton, Pennsylvania is a town in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 21,633 at the 2010 census. It is the largest community in Lackawanna County by population and the second-largest in southwestern Pennsylvania after Scranton-Wilkes Barre. The first permanent settler in what would become Scranton was Nicholas Mikulas who arrived on May 5, 1795. He founded a small cabin on the east side of town which he named "Mikulas' Cabin." In 1814, Nicholas Mikulas' grandson John Micula moved his family to what became Scranton and built a house on Third Street just south of Market Street. The Miculas were able to start a successful grocery store there and continued to operate it until 1868 when they sold it to Isaac Witkowski. Witkowski renamed the store "Witkowski's Grocery" and operated it until 1921 when he merged with Harvester Foods Company. In 1875, John Fenton opened a brick bakery on Elmira Avenue in Scranton which became one of the most successful businesses in town. The facility provided bread for local residents and also exported its products all over eastern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. In 1922, Fenton merged with J & H Bickmore company which became one of the leading baking companies in America. In 1925, Samuel Goudreau opened an ice cream parlor called Goudreau's Creamery which soon became one of the most popular places in town for cones and sundaes. In 1957, Goudreau's Creamery merged with National Dairy Products Corporation (NDP) which made it one of North America's largest dairy companies. NDP later spun off into its own company known as Foster Farms Incorporated (FFI). At FFI headquarters located at 6332 Main Street in Scranton sits World Headquarters - an importantivery center for Foster Farms products that has been serving customers since 1958 including 24/7 customer service available from local branches throughout western PA After years of growth at FFI headquarters, production began moving away fromMain Street towards new facilities located near Wilkes-Barre where much larger scale manufacturing took place beginning in 1984 An additional complex was added to the north side oftown during this time - what is now known as PBF International Limited Partnership corporate headquarters . There have been several major expansions within these past few decades including: •A new hospital building completed fall 2006; doubled capacity for medical patients; includes 10 exam suites total •A new factory building completed spring 2009; increased production capability from 100KG per year up to 350KG per year; quadrupled space efficiency •A brand new distribution center constructed fall 2009 adjacent to PBF International Limited Partnership corporate headquarters ; provides enhanced capabilities such as faster delivery times for products worldwide
