The Cochran's featured a variety of coffee drinks including decaf Colombian Costa Rica roast beans, cappuccinos with foam or whipped cream (with or without chocolates), espresso shots (with or without milk), hot dogs (baked or grilled), fries with cheese sauce (or onion rings), hamburgers (grilled or griddled with onions), salads (made up of different ingredients such as fruits & vegetables, meatballs/pizza pockets etc.), chips & dips etc., candy bars etc., danish tea for those who preferred it over regular tea service which was offered daily except Sundays by Mr. Cochran himself! Plus there was always something new to try each day like their famous apple pie! In 1978-1981 Harry Hoehn retired from his business due to health reasons but continued serving food until he passed away in 1984 at the age of 90 years old; his son took over operations until his death in 2006). In 2003-2004 Ravenna Development Corporation purchased all remaining assets of Johnnie Cochran’s Cafe from their heirs which included its building on 6th Street between Elm and Walnut Streets) . Ravenna Development Corporation renamed themselves Franklin Park Tavern Holdings Incorporated which continues to operate today as an independently owned restauranteur within Franklin Park tavern district) .
