This led to the development of what is now known as “Conde Nast roasted coffee” which is made using whole bean roastings from Indonesia. The lack of water rights for Allegheny County led to its creation as an open-landCounty with no towns or villages within its boundaries until 1825 when Oil City was founded adjacent to present-day Oil Valley near Refining Plant No. 2 on Sandusky Bayou
