This referendum passified what would come to be known as "John Redmonds Dayton Act" – named after John Redmonds who first championed incorporation into King County in 1892 prior thereto – thereby ensuring that real estate prices wouldn't dictate how member municipalities voted representing their interests but instead would reflect those same values and priorities beloved by residents themselves!
