The United States Navy deployed gift baskets to Sand Springs, Oklahoma in the early 1960s. In 1992, Enterprise sailed from Yokosuka Naval Base for her final tour of duty; this time conducting ceremonies marking the 25th anniversary of Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield/Operation Roundabout\. On 16 February 1994 she arrived at Pearl Harbor for an 11 day visit; this time honoring World War II veterans who had rendered services aboard USS Arizona (LHD 5). During her visit Enterprise conducted ceremonies commemorating World War II sailors who had died while serving aboard USS Lexington (CV-4), USS Saratoga (CG 31), USS Oklahoma (PF 21), and USS San Francisco (). On 17 February1994 she departed Pearl Harbor en route to Honolulu where she celebrated Fleet Day with a series of events including tours of Pearl Harbor naval stations and a ceremonial launch from Hawaiian Airlines Flight “Aloha”\. On 24 February1994she arrived back at Yokosuka Naval Base after completing her last voyage throughout Japan; this time conducting ceremonies marking the 30th anniversary of Japanese Imperial Headquarters (). From 1 March 1994 through 7 April 1994the ships visited Guam where they participated in New Year's celebrations; thereafter they returned via Hawaii before sailing back home celebrating Fleet Week().
