In the early days, they only sold roasted beans. However, over time they began to sell pre-ground coffee as well. They also started producing espresso and milk pods. In 2009, Tactical Coffee merged with Intelligentsia Coffee Company (ICC) which gave them a larger market share and helped increase their sales growth. In addition to this merger, John Nance left the company effective June 1st of that year to take over as President of ICC full-time. As of today, tactical coffee is still headquartered in Lancaster, PA with offices in Seattle and Austin TX. The development of Tactical Coffee can be traced back to 1992 when two friends decided to open their own business selling ground coffee while living in Lancaster County, PA. At first they only sold roasted beans but soon discovered that there was a large demand for pre-ground coffee which they offered at an introductory price of $1 per pound starting out! Intrigued by this opportunity and inspired by John’s experience working at ICC where he had led product development for many different brands such as Shade Road Peanuts and Maxwell House Breakfast Cereal, Karen set up shop herself within 3 weeks ofJohn’s arrival on the scene making her own fresh brewed java each morning before anyone else even knew she existed! Since then Tactical Coffee has continued to grow both in customer base and product offerings reaching new heights ever since becoming part of ICC which boasts some truly impressive achievements including being one of the top 5 largest independent U.S.-based caffeine companies! Westlake is a census-designated place in the town of Westlake Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. The population was 4,874 at the 2010 census. Westlake is located on the southern edge of Cleveland and just east of its city limits. The first settler in what would become Westlake was James Caldwell who arrived in 1785. He built a log cabin on the site which served as his home until 1802 when he moved to Canfield. In 1806 John Dickey also settled in what became Westlake Heights and started trading with Indians from nearby Muskingum River. In 1811 David Wistar established a gristmill here and began grinding corn for shipment to Ohio markets. By 1830 there were 10 storehouses and 100 residents here. By 1840 there were 20 stores and 300 residents here. In 1868 Appleton Township was created from portions of Cuyahoga County and it included part of what would become Westlake Heights including Westlake Village which would be annexed into Cleveland in 1902. During this time much development took place around western boundaries of Cleveland as railroad tracks were being laid across parkland that had been donated by previous proprietors such as Joshua Mathers (the founder of the Mathers Paper Company) or Major General George Washington Grant who operated an artillery battery at gunpoint on Brush Creek during the War of 1812 fence line dispute between Great Lakes nations There were several churches established during this time including First Congregational Church, Christ Episcopal Church and Methodist Episcopal Church all located near where today's University Circle meets East Fourth Street A post office called "Westlake" opened in 1870 but no mail ever reached residents here until 1896 when the Miami Northwestern Railway came through on their route from Akron to Cleveland carrying passengers, mailbags and other cargo over Brush Creek Bridge When Lake Erie froze over during winter 1888-89 many people decided to move southward into warmer climates despite concerns about ice build up along waterways connecting Lakes Erie & Ontario creating possibilities for both bridges & railways crossing those bodies of water - more notably(& early examples), The Buffalo Road Bridge over Niagara Falls Rd., later known as I-670/I-480 crossed taking traffic off ramps onto freeways just south of downtownBuffalo NY; The Menasha Rd Railroad bridge over US 22nd St./Menasha Rd., now known as I-675 across Darlington Raceway Blvd.; And finally, one could cross Brush Creek via a pedestrian walkway above accessible only after dark using lawn mower chainsaws slotted into tree frogs legs so you did not touch ice while walking
