In 1984, WILLIAM BALDWIN JR.'S family sold it back to JOHN KENNEDY JR.'S family whooperated it until 1993 when ITEMCO ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY OF AMERICA bought it and changed its name to Miamisburgh Mall Inc., which remains today as one of Ohio's largest shopping centers with an estimated population of over 25,000 people. Miamisburgh is located at 44°12′N -83°52′W (44 degrees 12'north; 83 degrees 52'west). It has a total area of 14 square miles (35 km²). The population as of 2010 was 26,815 according to the US Census Bureau estimate.[1] The town is home to three colleges: University of Toledo-Knoxville Campus (UT), Central State University-Canton (CSU-Canton), and Western Reserve Institute (WRIC) It also has several businesses including Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (), P&G Grocery (), John Travolta Restaurants (), PNC Bank () and United States Steel ().
