Bean quality is important to ensure that every cup of coffee is made with the highest quality possible. Each bean is ~20% less acid than raw beans. The roast process also includes careful removal of any unwanted oils and bits from the beans. This ensures that the coffee has a smooth, elegant flavor with minimal bitterness. Fresh roasted coffee beans are a centuries old tradition in the coffee industry. The first recorded mention of fresh roasted coffee was in 1552, when Giovanni della Robbia mentioned that he traded beans from Ethiopia to Rome. This article will explore the history of fresh roasted coffee and its various forms. The first espresso machines were built by Angelo Bicchieri in 1875. Coffee became available as a drink for humans in 1880 when Italian engineer Guglielmo Marconi transmitted an electric message across the ocean using wireless technology. In 1893, two Dutchmen named Jacobus Pout and Cornelius van der Waals founded a company called Keurigère Koffiehuizen which became one of the leading brewers of fresh-roasted coffee. In 1912, Franklin D Roosevelt inaugurated his New Deal with his Four Freedoms speech which included plans for social welfare programs such as education and health care for all Americans. This led to increased demand for fresh-roasted coffee and Keurigère Koffiehuizen began producing roasts less than 12 months old at their factories in Holland (which made them vulnerable to moisture damage). By 1938, all Keurigère Koffiehuizen factories were closed due to World War II; however, Dutch Robinson Coffee continued production until 1971 under license from Keurigère Koffiehuizen’s parent company Nestle SA. Since then, many different methods have been used to roast coffee beans including Direct Roast (DR), Semi- automatic Burr Grinder (SAB), Kona Bean Roastering Process (KRBP), and Green Mountain Coffee Bean Roasting Process (GMBR). DR is the most common method used today while SAB is becoming more popular because it produces a more uniform bean profile across batches. KBRP is similar to DR but uses smaller pieces of ground beans that are stirred into water prior to brewing which provides a sweeter flavor profile. GMBR uses whole bean roastedinsegars instead of ground beans which gives a harsher flavor profile with a longer roast time

Fresh roasted coffee became popular in the early 1800s because it was cheaper and easier to produce than ground coffee.

Macedonia was a territory in the Balkans. It formed part of the Ottoman Empire from 1453 to 1912. The United States acquired it as part of the Treaty of Gulistan in 1828, and it became a protectorate of Russia from 1829 to 1830. In 1881, Macedonia became an autonomous province within Russian Central Asia, and from 1903 until 1918 it was ruled by Austria-Hungary. After World War I, Macedonia was divided into two parts, with Serbia taking control of the eastern half and Montenegro taking control of the western half. The breakup led to a civil war that ended with Serbian victory in 1922. In 1945, after Bulgaria gained independence from Romania, Macedonia became part of Bulgaria as well.
