Loveland, Ohio is a city inuy located in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Mahoning County. The population was 25,594 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dayton-Dayville- Lebanon, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area. Loveland was founded by George Washington Carver in 1872 as a small farming community on the Scioto River near what is now downtown Loveland. In 1875, Carver donated land to create an incorporated village named Carverstown which later became Loveland proper. On July 1, 1907, Loveland became a city after it was annexed by Dayton. The first settler in what would become Loveland was James Hogg who arrived in 1814 from Scotland with his family and built a cabin on the Scioto River about two miles (3 km) east of present-day downtown Loveland. By 1830 nearly all of central Mahoning County had been acquired by United States officials for inclusion within Cleveland as part of the Treaty of Ghent that ended northern Indian resistance to American annexation during the 19th century. The area around present-day downtown Loveland had been sparsely populated since then and consisted mostly of high ground covered with thick woods except for some scattered farms and businesses along riverbankside settlements such as Carbondale and Marietta where new towns were being established as coalmining communities during this time period On January 12, 1872, George Washington Carver submitted plans to create a new town called Carbondale on behalf of others seeking land adjacent to Mahoning Valley Railroad southwest of Dayton on what would eventually become Northside Boulevard/Carbondale Road (later known as US 22). The town would be situated between Carbondale Creek on the east side and what is now Northside Boulevard/Carbondale Road on the west side across from today's campus of University Community College - which opened its doors in 1915 - making it one stoplight away from both Dayton and Cincinnati . At that time – just over four years after he donated land southeast Challenge Creek off Interstate 75 northeast of Covington – Carver announced his intent to establish a new town "in situ" or "within limits." He offered subscriptions for $2 per acre ($ 100 each), although no actual deeds were issued until October 15 following public hearing at which many prominent citizens including local surveyor Isaac Naylor participated The name "Loveland" originated with one Mrs Atherton who subscribed to CARVER'S INITIATIVE but requests for other names were not accepted so she finally chose “LOVELAND” based upon her observations near Champion Lakeshore opposite Warsaw MI & similar looking lakeshore name found throughout Upper Peninsula [now Michigan] aka LOVELLAND Lake Huron USA

Marshall and his staff at headquarters USAF. Additionally, during the Vietnam War, the AAF bestowed gifts such as helicopters and missiles onto various commanders in order to support their efforts. By 1973, the AAF had transferred all its assets and functions into its newly created Air Force Reserve Command (AFC). Consequently, any items or donations received by AFC would be properly archived and maintained so that they can still be used today by AFC members.

Loveland, Ohio is a town in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. The population was 9,822 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dayton–Cincinnati–Muncie Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first Europeans to visit what is now Loveland were French traders and missionaries in 1795. The area that became Loveland was part of the Northwest Territory when it was organized on March 12, 1800. Its first governor was Solomon Northup. Two years later, on April 15th, 1802, the area became part of the newly created Evans County when it was set off from Stark County. In 1810 its post office opened with a population of four inhabitants and included only a small portion of what would become the town of Loveland. In 1814 an act passed by the General Assembly changed Evans County into Hardin County and gave Loveland to Hardin Township in lieu of one dollar per acre payment for land that had been exempted from taxation under Section 521(a) of the Ohio Constitution as early as 1792 because it had been used for military purposes during American independence wars fought against Great Britain). After Indian Removal in 1830 all land east Of Miami Creek within present-day Hardin Township or any time thereafter considered public lands reverted to Indian ownership without paying compensation so loveland residents continue to enjoy this exemption until 1840 when state law required such payments although private land still constituted most of Loveland's current boundaries (the exception being about 3/4 mile due south along Miami Creek Road which today forms much of CenterPoint Mall). In 1836 state Representative Isaac Neely submitted legislation creating Village Green Township which would have included much larger portions now within present day Loveland but it never made it out of committee before dying due to lack support from other members in both houses (along with Indiana’s “Unconditional Submission” offer for township status that same year). Despite this setback loveland experienced significant growth over ensuing decades with various agricultural subdivisions springing up along South Third Street including: Agricultural Land Company; Cotton Gin Works; First National Bank; groceries store; Masonic Lodge No 2; Blacksmith Shop No 1 & 2; Methodist Episcopal Church building and more! With rapid development came increased traffic congestion on South Third Street leading to many measures taken beginning around 1920 such as widening and resurfacing nearby streets including minor reconstruction work done at intersections near school buildings starting around 1925 also resulting in some reduction in speed limits on certain streets currently operated by Green Lane Transit Authority as well as an increase in bike parking available permit holders are able to use during busy hours especially during summer months! Despite these efforts however no comprehensive plan or zoning ever appeared addressing future growth potential which led to increasing numbers and density Eventually becoming too large for single family homes or businesses once services began popping up outside those areas filling most downtown vacancies! This problem eventually lead to annexation by Dayton City Council effective January 1st 2020 making loveland fully city governed again!!
