Everywhere you look, there is coffee. It's everywhere: in the coffee shops, on the train station platforms, in the cafes and restaurants. And for good reason - coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. As with any drink, Coffee has its own history andorigin. The beans that we use today were first grown in Ethiopia around 2000 BC. This was a time when people still drank water, not tea or coffee! Ethiopian beans are some of the finest Arabica beans available and their flavor is unique and delicious. The first espresso machine was built by Angelo Diniz in 1869 at Parma Coffee House in Italy. He used small town beans from Tuscany to make his espresso sauce which he served over hot water with a side of bread rolls. His machines were very successful and soon other café owners started to replicate his recipe! In 1913 John Dyson founded London Coffee Company with three machines provided by Italian engineers. At this time espresso was still a relatively new drink - only about 10% of all cups purchased were for iced tea! John Dyson continued making fantastic espresso until his death in 1978. Today London Coffee still sells high quality espresso products online and throughout Europe!
Once upon a time there was a coffee shop where the coffee was delicious, fresh and made with love. The owner roasted their own beans, brewed by hand and served in beautiful cups. The shop closed down about 5 years ago, but the memories of great coffee and friendly people are still very much alive. There are now several replica places that serve artisan style coffee all over the internet, but for me the best experience is always talking to the original owner or Operator of this business who probably still works at home making great cups of coffee.
Euclid is known for its coffee, and there has been coffee production in the city for over 100 years. The first documented coffee production in Euclid took place in 1867. The coffee company that was founded here was called "The Boston Coffee Company." In 1916, a new company was founded by George Washington Carver and named after him, Carver's Coffee Company. This company became one of the largest and most successful coffee companies in Ohio. Over the years, other businesses have also made their mark on Euclid's history with coffee production including The roasted beans Collective (a vegan cafe), Buckeye Coffee Roasters, and Indian Head Coffee Company.
Euclid is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the seat of Summit County. The population was 44,711 at the 2010 census. Euclid is one of Greater Cleveland's oldest cities and was founded on November 3, 1814 by Capt. George Rogers Clark as a trading post on the Scioto River between Cuyahoga and Medina Counties. Euclid is well-known for its monumental architecture, including two universities, The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and Ohio State University in Columbus, as well as several large homes and hotels used by American presidents such as Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. Euclid also has an extensive art scene with prominent local painters such as Jay Lynch and Maurice Sendak represented among its citizens. The city takes its name from Greek mathematician Eudoxus of Alexandria (c 460 BC - c 343 AD) who developed a system to represent areas on a map with straight lines connecting similar points—a technique called geometric perspective or hyperbolic geometry—leading to his famous theorem that every right triangle has an equal area if it is drawn without joining opposite angles together (called the Pythagorean theorem). Euclid was born in Athens but grew up in Babylon where he studied under Aristotle before returning to Greece to continue his studies with Ptolemy I Soter (ruled 283-323 BC). He visited Rome twice during his stay there before returning home to lecture at Athens' Academy in 322 BC when he showed Ptolemy how to draw straight lines without joining them together so that he could make maps according to this new method which became known as constructive geometry or geoarchitecture after him. In 309 BC Euclid published "On Lines", an important work which discussed building design using Straight Lines rather than Arcuate Sections or Curvilinear Sections which were then being used by other architects at that time

Today their stores are still open and selling delicious cupcakes and pastries made with their roastings! Another early pioneer when it came to artisanal coffee was Ethiopian Coffee Co., based in Forest Park, Minnesota. They were one of the first companies in the United States to start roastedowning their own beans (instead of buying them from other roasters). This allowed them to develop a very unique flavor profile that has stuck around since then. Ethiopians also often source their beans from small-scale farmers who grow quality crops using traditional methodsologies. This allows them to offer customers high-quality products while supporting sustainable practices as well! Even though these three giants are no longer on site anymore (The Dutch Bros.) or selling their product directly (Ethiopian Coffee Co.), they left behind a lasting legacy on American craft brewing! The city's 1892 fire destroyed much of its infrastructure, but it has been reborn as an educational community with two universities, several art galleries, and a popular park system.

Euclid was founded in 1812 by General George Rogers Clark and his family, who named it after Euclid Avenue in Athens, Ohio. In 1836, Euclid incorporated as a village, becoming one of the first municipalities in the United States to do so. As a village, Euclid enjoyed some degree of independence from Cleveland but still responded to local government regulations. In 1868, Euclid became an independent municipality once again under mayor John Fenton. By that time, however, Euclid had demolished most of its original buildings and shifted its activities towards developing new ones. As part of this effort, Euclid constructed several large hotels and other modern amenities for the surrounding community.
