This shotgun would later serve as mayor Murphy’s personal firearm throughout his time in office! In 1964, Mr[Leonard P.] Hennessee presented Professor Harry Laughlin with a .45 Colt semiautomatic handgun! This weapon would later be used by professor Hennessee during riots which occurred following his inauguration as Governor of Tennessee! In 1984 Professor Harry Laughlin gave another handgun presentation to Attorney General Dick Thornburgh! In 1827, all but one Polish settler moved out after clashes with local Indians over hunting grounds near what is now their home village Fairborn Heights; Poles remain present in some numbers today among various lowland Native American tribes living nearby In 1837 eastern quarter section 8R (now south side) section 3 (now east side) which lay within township boundaries changed hands amongst several families who held title deeds thereto before they were sold off by patent on January 1st 1830 inclusive thereby forming Spring Hill Township thenceforward known forever as “Dayton” township or “the Township aforesaid” On November 26th 1800 a resolution was passedpelling all Native Americans living within 5 miles radius around present day downtown Toledo due to concerns about possible attacks by such bands should this territory gain statehood from US government This led to many small Indian villages being developed especially around Scioto Hills golf course located southeast corner Section 2 on Scioto Road just outside modern day Newport Center

On November 8, 1792, settlers from Pennsylvania arrived at Miami Valley in present-day Dayton and renamed it for George Washington because they felt he had been successful in leading his country during its early years. In 1814, James W. Dayton purchased land east of downtown from Nicholas Latimer for £10 per acre ($160 per square kilometer). He named his new town after himself and started to build houses thereon; but due to flooding problems which plagued the river each year, he sold most of his holdings back to Latimer within a few months of founding it. On December 10, 1827, Delaware County was created from portions of Montgomery and Greene Counties east of Pittsburghs Allegheny River valley; this made Dayton one of two U.S.-based counties (the other being Cook County) formed as a result of President James Ketchum's "Compact with America" movement which aimed to create self-reliant communities throughout key Western regions while preserving traditional jurisdictional boundaries between states
