The history of artisan coffee in Broadview Heights, Ohio can be traced back to the early 1800s. The first coffeehouses in this town were founded by Nicholas Roerich and his brothers, who ran a grocery store on Main Street. These coffeehouses were known for their unique and high-quality beans, which were roasted fresh in their own ovens. During the late 1800s, other families started opening up their own businesses around town. One of these families was the Brown family, who owned a grocery store on State street. The Brown's began serving up high-quality Columbian beans from their farm in nearby West Virginia. In 1903, US Senator Louis Sullivan introduced legislation that created the National Coffee Association (NCA). This organization helped to promote coffee as a traditional product and help to spread knowledge about this beverage throughout America. The NCA also helped to improve quality standards for artisan coffee products and create a system where farmers could sell directly to consumers. Throughout the 1920s and 1930s, Broadview Heights became one of the most popular espresso towns in America. Italian immigrants began moving into this town during this time period and started creating small businesses that sold Italian-made coffee products such as espresso drinks and pastas. This led to increased demand for quality artisan coffee products from these businesses - which explains why Broadview Heights is home to some of the most iconic cafes in all of America today!

At first, coffee was ground from beans that were either shot or roasted on the premises. As time passed, more and more people started purchasing their coffee from local roasters. By the late 1800s, many small businesses in Broadview Heights were starting to roast their own coffee. In 1912, the Broadview Heights Coffee Company was founded by three friends who pooled their money to start a small business. The company has been around ever since, selling its unique blend of espresso and Turkish-style coffee.
Broadview Heights, Ohio is a city in the Greater Cleveland Metropolitan Statistical Area and is located on the eastern edge of Akron. As of the 2010 census, the population was 166,164. The city was named for John Broadus, an early settler. Broadview Heights is one of two cities in Summit County that are both considered to be "metropolitan" areas; the other isAkron. The current City Council was elected in November 2006 and sworn into office on December 3, 2006. They are Mayor Tom Walsh (D), Deputy Mayor Rita Atwater (D), Eugene Payne (R), Kathy Clark (D) and Bonnie Hundley (I). The city's economy depends largely upon retail sales and recreation opportunities such as swimming pools, basketball courts, track/field facilities, golf courses and picnic areas located along its main streets - Euclid Avenue & State Route 422 - which contain more than 1 million square feet of retailer space alone. The city has also developed a number of high-tech businesses including e-commerce company Expedia Holdings LLC., software giant IBM Corp., television production company Scripps Networks Interactive Inc., meatpacking house JBS Companies LLC., among others. In addition to its role as an important center for business activity within Summit County, Broadview Heights also hosts events that attract residents from all over Northeast Ohio and beyond. The early craft coffee settlers were motivated by a variety of reasons—from a desire for quality coffee to promote social awareness and help provide financial support for their families. Many of these pioneers took on new challenges, such as developing methods of grading and certification that would allow them to sell their coffee with pride. In addition, they experimented with different brewing techniques and flavor profiles in an attempt to find the perfect blend for their area. Over time, artisanal coffee has evolved into a complex beverage with many flavors, styles, origins, and applications. Today's brewers continue to experiment with new brewing techniques and roast different types of beans specifically for their Kopi Gedean customers. This unique flavor profile is what makes artisanal coffee so diverse and delicious—it's something that everyone can enjoy!

Broadview Heights is a small town in northern Ohio, located on the east side of the river. The population was 1,752 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area. The community began as a cluster of small villages around a canal that functioned as water transportation between Dayton and Greenville, South Carolina. The first settlement was called "New Market," and it consisted of only nine homes. By 1853, however, Broadview Heights had grown to more than 100 residents. In 1857, John Coggins donated land to create Broadview Heights Village. He thought that this would be an ideal place for his children to grow up and have access to good education; he also hoped that this village would become an economic powerhouse in eastern Ohio. The village did not take off immediately; in fact, it struggled financially for several years. However, after John Coggins' death in 1862, his son Connell took over management of the village and made some significant changes. For one, he increased enrollment at local schools by creating a public school system which allowed children from all walks of life to attend (this was unusual at the time). Additionally, Connell renovated many of the homes in town so they could be used as rental units or commercial properties; this helped Broadview Heights becoming one of the most prosperous villages in western Ohio during its early years. Despite its struggles initially, Broadview Heights quickly became known for its fine architecture and impressive infrastructure – including two large churches (the First Presbyterian Church and Christ Episcopal Cathedral), three stores/cafés/bars/grainsmarkets/, two banks (the First National Bank and United States Trust Company), four primary schools (Bellevue Public School District No 2 & 3 & 4), two parks (Broadway Park and Hillsboro Park), four tennis courts (Ohio State Tennis Center - now home to Nationwide Arena - along with both Racquetball Courts #1 & #2) – as well as its wide variety of recreational programs such as bowling alleys (), ice rinks (), fishing lakes (), ball games () and hiking trails (). In addition to these amenities, Broadview Heights also boasted high-quality businesses such as grocery stores (), law firms (), insurance companies () and engineering companies (). On July 20th 1920*, millionaire Augustus Fritsch donated $10 million dollars towards building what is now Nationwide Arena which eventually became home to the Dayton Flyers professional basketball team*. This event marks Athens Township's first foray into professional sports******* And although some people may say that seeing professional athletes play live isn't something everyone should strive for(*', '*' denotes historic events while †‡ indicates current events ), overallBroadVIEW HEIGHTS has always been proud*of their role within our community!
Broadview Heights was first settled in 1795 by Ohio pioneers. The town was named after General James Wilkinson, who helped secure the Northwest Territory for the United States. In 1801, Wilkinson donated land to the town for a school and church. In 1810, Broadview Heights became a village with a population of about 100 people. The village had two stores and one blacksmith. It also had a Methodist church and a small school. In 1824, the village added another store and sawmill to its growth. It also built a brick courthouse, which served as the town's government until it burned down in 1868. In 1830, Broadview Heights became an incorporated municipality with a population of about 500 people. It had four stores and two churches (the first being Baptist). The municipality also built three public buildings: the jail, fire department, and library/theater/cafeteria. Broadview Heights grew rapidly in the 1840s because of its location on waterwayside property that was valuable for shipping restrictions on Lake Erie at that time. By 1850, it had 10 stores and five churches (the first being Episcopal). The municipality also erected three more public buildings: the post office building (1851),library/theater/cafeteria (1855),and jail (1857).
