Bexley, Ohio is a town located in the northwestern part of the United States. It is bordered by Kent County to the east and west, as well as Trumbull County to the north. The population was 8,824 at the 2010 census. Bexley is one of fifteen towns in Trumbull County. The first coffee beans were grown in what is now Bexley in 1846 by Nicholas Applegate III and his brother Nathaniel Applegate II. At that time, many farmers in Trumbull County had their own roasters and buyers for their coffee. The beans were roasted on small family farms until about 1890 when a larger roaster, Jiffy's Coffee Company was founded. In 1920, Jiffy's Coffee Company merged with Dutch Bros., making it one of the largest Roasters in America at that time. In 1935-1936, Dutch Bros.' parent company merged into Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation which became known as Philip Morris Companies Incorporated (PML). In 1971-1972, Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation merged with world's second largest coffee company - Peet's Coffee - creating what would become known as Peet's Coffee & Tea Corporation (PTE)today (). In 1984-1985, PCL sold its interest inPeet's Coffee& Tea Corporation to Keurig Green Mountain Co., Inc., which continues to make and distribute Keurig Kolde disposable coffee brewers today (). From its inception through 1985 PCL also produced The Friday Night Gourmet Meal Kits (), a bagel breakfast kit (), lunch box sets () and dinner kits (); these products featured high quality artisanal coffees prepared by PCC chefs (). On July 1st 1985 Volker Hebel resigned from his position as President of PCL effective September 5th 1985 due to health concerns related to pancreatic cancer (). On October 3rd1985 Donahue was named President of PCL succeeding Hebel(). Donahue would leadPCL through two highly successful years during which they introduced several new product lines including The Saturday Morning Breakfast Set (), afternoon tea sets () and late night snack items (); these programs brought significant growth for PCL while continuing to produce some iconic products such as The Friday Night Gourmet Meal Kits ()and Sunday Brunch Packs (). Keurig Green Mountain Co., Inc.'s purchase of PCL’s assets marked an Turning Point for American Brewers Association (ABA) because then it became legal for companies other than Anheuser-Busch InBev SA (Anheuser Busch InBev)to operate craft breweries within the U.S.; this event occurred on January 26th1992 (. .) Bexley is a small town in Ohio, located about forty-five miles northwest of Columbus. The population was 9,000 at the 2010 census. The first European settlers in what is now Bexley were Dutch farmers who arrived in 1636. They named their new town after the English village of Bexley on the banks of the Thames River. In 1815, the United States Congress passed an act that designated part of land within Huntingdon County (later added to Ohio) as the site for a new capital city, to be called “Bexley”. The name “Bexley” was chosen because it was one of several finalists submitted by local residents and representatives from Cleveland. On September 15, 1816, President James K. Polk issued a proclamation naming Columbus as the capital of America and directing that all federal transactions should take place through this new city. The cornerstone for City Hall was laid on December 3, 1816 by Mayor Michael Nevin and First Lady Martha Washington Daugherty under Chief Justice John Marshall’s supervision. The early years of City Hall were difficult due to lack of funds and competition from other cities with more ambitious projects! In 1830, City Hall moved from its original location to Waterfront Park across from Justin Smith Arena (now Nationwide Arena). This building served as both City Hall and jail until 1952 when it burned down during an arson campaign! In 1862,due to increasing railroad traffic passing through Bexley on two different tracks nearby, Mayor David Luebke ordered construction of a large toll road crossing just south of Town Center which became known as “the Crossing” or simply “the Road”. For many years this structure signified Highway 23rd Avenue leading into downtown Bexley; however following Interstate 71 designation it has been inactive since 1994! In 1907-1908 Major General John Jciplin donated land northof Main Street for use as an airportknown then as Wright Field Airport}. After World War I ended there were plans for civilian housing on portions of this airport but those plans never came to fruition due to legal issues associated with military use! By 1930 there were only six buildings left standing in Wright Field Airport} When commercial airlines began arriving in Cincinnati via Akron/Daytona Beach International Airport {this airport became known as Midway} Wright Field Airport finally ceased operations in 1947! It was not until 1990 when Community Air Traffic Services relocated their tower adjacent to Municipal Court which serves today as Community Airports Headquarters{During 2007-2008 community air traffic services produced 4 video monitors outside main entrance displaying live images Of Every Aircraft Landing And takeoff At Wright Field}) That Wright Field Airport finally reopened! Today it offers limited general aviation access while also providing overflow storage space for Dayton-area businesses.}

Bexley, Ohio is a small town located in the southern part of Ohio. The population was 5,554 at the 2010 census. Bexley has been home to residents since 1811. The town was named for Sir John Bexley who donated land for a courthouse and jail in 1811. The first settler in what is now Bexley was James Frazier who arrived in 1798. He and his family were the first white people to live in what is now Bexley Township. In 1811, John Aiken donated land to form part of the township. The Aiken family ran a grocery store until 1927 when they sold their business to Joe Sheehan who ran it until he passed away in 1984. In 1901, Bexley had two schools- one called Beekman and one called Bicknell which closed due to lack of students. Then in 1907, the United States government established Normal School No 2 (now known as Kent State University) on land that Mr. Sheehan owned near today’s intersection of High Street and Euclid Avenue.. Normal School taught students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade before it closed its doors in 1943 due to World War II bombing raids that destroyed most of downtown Cleveland(Bexley also lost many homes during this time). It wasn’t until 1957 when Normal School reopened as Kent State Univ.(KSU) that native son Donnie Meyer became head football coach there after serving as an assistant under Woody Hayes at Michigan State University (1956-1960). With KSU’s help, Bexley again had two high school teams playing varsity football by 1962 with both teams going on to play college football at nearby universities(Ohio Wesleyan (MW), then Kent State University; and Bowling Green State University (BGU)), where Donnie Meyer finally led KSU into conference championships game against BGU with a final score of 44-7 victory over his alma mater – another NCAA Division I Football Championship Game appearance! That same year, KSU also won their second state championship ever defeating Massillon Tigers 42-10 at Biogenesis Stadium just outside Cleveland while also winning their only regional title ever!!! prior to becoming university level institution!
Bexley was founded in 1814 as a stop on the Underground Railroad. It became an important center for textile production, and later served as a manufacturing center for shoes and other clothing. In the 1920s, Bexley became a popular vacation spot for Americans living in Ohio.
