In 1954, President Dwight D Eisenhower presented plans for what would become Harbor Beach Marina which would include two restaurants/bars - One onshore and one offshore - as well as fishing piers with bait shops/fishing charters available from shoreline dockside from May through October each year when weather permitting; this inland beachfront marina would also house two tugboats - one for storage purposes and another for launching small craft such as rowboats or canoes; Harbour Beach Marina would be homeport for six Flagship Squadron UH-60 Blackhawks Helicopter pads during National Marine Fisheries Service season; additional facilities included: restroom/ showers/slipstreaming dock; boat launch ramp; wharfside parking lot with service areas including restrooms/showers/toilet blocks; dive shop; fuel dock aft of slipstreaming dock serving vessels up to 50 feet Drafts while anchored off harbor mouth

In 1814 Timothy Cuyahoga (later George Washington) founded Cleveland on land he had acquired from the Potawatomi tribe during their war with Great Britain over control of Lake Erie; this was also when he became an American Patriot through his service in The Revolution under British General Washington. In 1837 Akron was chartered by act of Congress as a municipal corporation with its own board of trustees; it remained municipally incorporated until 1907 when it became a separate city under charter granted by Governor John Pemberton III The first buildings in what would later become Akron were built around 1800 BCE by local hunters who had discovered rich Forests along the river bottom near present day Downtown Akron .
