Maga coffee is a dark roast coffee that originates from the town of Salisbury, North Carolina. The coffee has been roasted by Mr. Matt Gattuso since 2006 and is currently available at local cafes and stores throughout the region. The MGA coffee was first introduced to the market in 2006 when Mr. Matt Gattuso took delivery of a truckload of beans from Ethiopia. After tasting and drinking this new coffee, he knew he had to have it for himself. He roasted his own beans for several years before sourcing them again from Ethiopia in order to create his signature flavor profile with maga coffee. Today, maga coffee is sold all over the region, both online and in physical stores. It’s easily accessible due to its low acidity level and delicious taste that customers love!

At that time, the area was a sparsely populated region and there wasn't much opportunity for farmers to sell their coffee. However, because of the location and history of this town, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has been growing here for over 100 years.
Salisbury is a town in Alamance County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. Salisbury is part of the Raleigh-Durham Metropolitan Statistical Area. Salisbury has been inhabited by people since before there were any communities in the area. It is one of the few towns in Alamance County that still retains its original buildings from pre-contact times. The first inhabitants of what would become Salisbury were two groups of Cherokee people who migrated from southern Georgia in 1795 and 1800. They built their first cabin on a small creek near present-day Salisbury Township. After a year or so they moved to another location and started a new community, which they named Cherokee village after their old home state. In 1810 some white men prospected for coal around present-day Greenville and began to build homes along the creek where Cherokee Village now stands. A house was erected on this spot by Captain John Brown in 1812 and known as Brown's Hill until it burned down in 1868 while he was living there with his family. In 1814 some settlers came across an Indian burial ground northeast of present-day Salisbury where they found several human skeletons dating back to 6th century BC according to excavations done nearby during that era. This discovery led to the name "Salisburys" being given to the town site because it resembled an ancient Roman city called "Salisburg." A more recent discovery made at nearby White Clay Mine yielded evidence that humans have been living here for over 10,000 years! The first post office opened in Salisbury on October 15, 1857; it was renamed Oldsboro in 1865 when mail service began through Raleigh's Southern Railway company mainline from Durham via Greensboro (then Piedmont). When Raleigh annexed Alamance County in 1907, Oldsboro became part of Raleigh proper although continued use as a postal stop remains today (#5) among other historic buildings located within city limits such as Bank Building #2A (nowformerHigh School), Presbyterian Church (1890), Masonic Lodge No 4 (1896), Triangle House (1903) and Tillery House (1912). During World War II most residents left for extended periods due to military service but many returned after hostilities ended; many businesses remain open today including Daycare Center & Preschool (#1B) which also serves as local history museum - making it one of only two places Open Heart Museum provides educational programming for children ages 3 – 11 years old! Maga coffee is a coffee variety that originated in the Ottoman Empire. The beans were roasted and ground on an earthenware pot, which was then placed in a hearth to roast. After being ground, the beans were placed into small sacks and taken to markets for sale. In 1901, Turkish coffee masters decided to switch from using oil to water roasting, which resulted in the development of maga coffee.

Salisbury is a town in Craven County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,722 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Raleigh–Durham metropolitan area. Salisbury was founded in 1792 by John White and his wife Betsy as a post office on the Dutchman's River. The town was named for King George II of Great Britain because it was near his home country of Hanover. The first store in Salisbury opened in 1824 and sat on the east side of Main Street until 1856 when it moved to its present location on West Main Street. In 1865, voters approved a school district which included Salisbury; this district would grow into the Wake County School District. The first public library opened in 1886 and remained open until it closed in 1984 due to budget cuts. In 1916, Mayor Gertrude Dyer built what is now called "The Dyer House" as her home for many years before moving to her current residence on East High Street. In 1930, General Electric Company started construction on its new plant north of town and soon after laid out a network of roads and streets that became known as GE Boulevard or simply GE Road. This road continues to be used today by locals and visitors alike as they drive through town to view or experience one of GE's many factories or facilities throughout the year.
