When it comes to artisan coffee, there are a few things that are certain. One is that the beans must be roasted in-house, and two is that the quality of the coffee has to be exceptional. In addition, the process of roasting must be painstakingly slow and meticulous, with each bean being roasted for a specific time and temperature range. This particular history goes back to when Suffern was founded as a small community on Long Island in 1847. The early pioneers were farmers who relied heavily on agriculture, but over time they started to develop other industries such as lumbering and shipbuilding. This gave them enough money to start importing coffee seeds from Europe. However, it wasn’t until 1881 that they finally opened their own coffee shop which became known as Latte Artico ( Italian for “Artisan Coffee). The first baristas at Latte Artico were mostly Italian immigrants who had learned how to make great espresso drinks in their home countries. Over time, however, more people from different parts of the world started coming into town and starting their own cafes. As prices for coffee rose and demand for artisanal coffee increased, Latte Artico became one of the most important places in town for finding high-quality beans and service. Today, Latte Artico still serves up some of New York’s best cupcakes/latte art classics along with fresh brewed coffees made just for them by their team of passionate professionals. You can also find them open late every night thanks to their multiple locations throughout New York City including at major shopping malls like Macy’s and Grand Central Terminal!
As an individual who loves coffee, I have had the opportunity to experience many different types of coffee. And while there are many great beans out there, I think it's important to focus on a few key things when choosing your own beans. One thing you'll want to consider is quality. If you're looking for something that will produce consistent results, go with a higher-quality bean. Next, choose how you want your coffee prepared: French press or pour over? The French press produces more flavor and texture as well as a more intense cup of coffee. Pour over Coffee can also be slower to steep so it needs time to develop its flavors. Finally, make sure the beans are fresh! A Bean CounterDNA test will tell you whether the beans were roasted in the morning or late at night which can affect flavor and aroma. Another important factor is price point. While some cheaper beans may offer good flavor but won't last long due to processing or storage methods, pricier options offer better flavor for a much lower pricepoint. You should also try different roasts and single origins (or blends) in order find what suits your taste profile best.

Not all coffee is created equal. There are a variety of different beans, roasts, and methods used in the production of artisan coffee. The first coffee was grown in what is now Peru.
