The Mamaroneck Coffee Company currently produces around 100 kilograms of coffee per year.
Mamaroneck is a small town in Tioga County, New York, United States. The population was 1,902 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Utica–Rome, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town is located on the southern shore of Lake Ontario and straddles its border with Canada to the east. It lies withinTioga County and it shares a county seat with Canada's Niagara Falls. Mamaroneck's history goes back to 1757 when two brothers from nearby Cold Spring Harbor founded Miami Lodge No. 2hundred and fifty-six in what is now Mamaroneck Village (remnants of which still stand). In 1875, local developer Isaac Singer purchased 8 acres of land south of Mamaroneck for $1,000 and began planning his "New Town" on this site; he called it Singerstown because of Singer's ownership of most of the land surrounding it. By 1887, he had laid out four streets: Main Street (now First Avenue), Park Avenue (now Second Avenue), Elm Street (now Third Avenue), and Porter Road (now Fourth Avenue). In 1912, Singer sold his town property to George Washington Carver for $10 million dollar which formed Carver Forest Preserve adjacent to Mamaroneck Village parkland today; Carver also donated 400 acres () north of Mamaroneck village to form Hyde Park National Historic Site as well as 200 acres () east off Route 9A into Canada near present-day Tranquility Base Camp during World War II military operations there known as Operation Neptune's Spear. The last resident moved out in 1991 after more than 60 years in the community - making her one of only few residents remaining who were born or raised hereabouts before1950. Mamaroneack wine production began about 1840 by John Ransom who named his product "Wine from the Vineyards at Mykonos". Winemaker Gottfried Keller opened a winery on Canandaigua Road about 1860s followed by other pioneers including Abraham Kemeny (1851-1925) who built several wineries including Kemeny Creek Winery & Gourmet Shop on Waterford Road between Amherst Place and Westchester Drive later renamed Willoughby Place before closing them all down due to Prohibition restrictions in 1922; J P Wexler bought many these vineyards during prohibition but closed them down again following repeal not long thereafter leaving very little evidence left behind aside from some high quality wines still being produced today under different names such as Spellman Hill Wines under license from vineland Heublein Distillery Incorporated) . In 1925 Alfredo Champions started making DOCG wine grades called Margherita while owner/operator Tony Orsini ran alot’er smaller 4&6 acre estateshelles throughout upstate new york statecalled Orsini Hills starting about 1948 until about1964 when Orsini sold most everything operationallyalong with main house & staff buildingsto Federico Felli who operated him until 1978 when Felli retired aging 70 years old prompted by family members successively purchasing majority interest inOrsini Estate Wines& Spirits Inc., then Federico Felli & Sons successor company OPERATIONS WINERY FEDERICO FELLI AND SONS LLC until 2003 becoming OPERATIONS FELT EDUCATIONAL WINE TASTING COMPANY INC.) The first European records of coffee being brewed date back to 1493 in Holland, when a Dutchman named Jan van Eyck mentioned "coffe" in his journal. Coffee was first sold as an article of trade within Europe until the 18th century when it began to be exported across the ocean. In 1795, French explorer La Salle discovered Java Island while sailing through the Indonesian archipelago. This discovery led to France becoming interested in Indies coffee trade and they began purchasing large quantities from local farmers. By 1830, Java had become one of the most important centers for coffee production in Southeast Asia due to its fertile soil, ample rainfall, and rich natural resources. In 1876, Dutch navigator Abel Tasman located New Guinea and began exploring its coastlines with hopes of finding new sources for spices and oil. While traveling along Cape York Peninsula he noted a group of people living near what is now known as Papua New Guineacarrying out native ceremonies called "kopi pahit". Tasman believed this group could be providing him with valuable information about possible trading routes between Australia and Japan. The Dutch East Indies Company was founded in 1907 with the goal of expanding Dutch influence into Southeast Asia through commercial activities such as opium smuggling and colonial rule over these regions. Kopi pahit continued to be an important part of their cultural heritage until 1949 when Indonesia became an independent country

Mamaroneck is part of the New York metropolitan area. The Village of Mamaroneck was founded by Mr. John Cook in 1786 as a result of land grants from his father-in-law, Nicholas Morrone. The first settler in what would become Mamaroneck was Samuel Morse who arrived in 1789. Morse built his house on what is now called Market Street and began to trade goods with Quakers living along the river for goods delivered by boat to their homes on Beacon Hill. In 1814, while under construction on State Road 9 near present day Uniondale, he met Colonel John Prentiss who offered him 4 acres (1 km²) for daily work which he accepted immediately. Morse continued trading until his death in 1847 at age 90 years old after which point the town took over trading operations from him and remains so to this day
