The coffee industry has been around for over a hundred years and there are many different types of coffee. There are now five major coffee companies in the world and each company produces its own type of coffee. There are three main types of coffee: instant, ground, or roast. Roast is the most expensive type and it is usually found in grocery stores. Grind is usually found in liquor stores or cafes. Instant Coffee was first developed in 1837 and it is made from roasted beans that have been ground into a powder form. It can be bought at convenience stores or online. Artisan coffees are typically made from fresh, whole beans. They may also include unique blend variations that differ from those produced by the major brands. Artisan coffees often cost more than regular Coffee because they require more time to develop and perfect their recipe than those manufactured by larger companies.

Mamaroneck is a town in New York, United States. Mamaroneck is located on the eastern bank of the Hudson River, just south of Albany and north of Ithaca. The population was 24,746 at the 2010 census. It takes its name from the family that lived there for generations. The first mention of Mamaroneck occurs in 1712 when Nicholas de Montresor wrote about his visit to the area and noted "a small place called Menemachusk", presumed to be near present-day Mamaroneck Heights. The first permanent settler in what is now Mamaroneck was John Woolenburgh, who arrived in 1664. He built a grant on the east side of the river opposite Ithaca and named it after himself – "Woolenburgh". In 1814, Peter Minuit arrived with his group of investors and founded New Amsterdam on Governors Island (now Manhattan) as part of their effort to create a self-governing colony throughout New Netherland. When NY State was created in 1785, Minuit's land became part of Albany County. In 1810, an act was passed by congress authorizing surveys for township formation within existing counties so that land could be subdivided into parcels large enough to be Included within new counties - something that would later happen with Westchester County! In 1811 following completion of these surveys, Adam Smith bought 640 acres (2 km²) adjacent to what is now Main Street from Isaac Brockman for $25 payable over 10 years - making him one of only two people ever to own property contiguous with modern day Mamaroneck! Smith also donated some 0.5 acre (.02 hectare) lot(s), known as Old North Road or Farmhouse Road westward from current First Avenue between Main Street and Railroad Tracks as well as Wrecking Yard lots eastward from Railroad Tracks past First Avenue all across what are today Greenpoint Township (now Brooklyn). This set off a controversy because many felt Smith had taken advantage ofexisting power dynamics by giving away valuable land without getting consent from those he purportedly wanted it for! A special meeting was held on July 14th1811 to hammer out a compromise which saw Smith sell some lands back around ½ mile wide centered around Park Avenue/First Avenue but keep most remaining acreage including Old North Road/Farmhouse Road westward from current First Avenue between Main Street and Railroad Tracks while also donated Lots Nos 1-4 & 8-10 along Park Ave./First avenue incorporating parts currently residing on Lot No 5 which adjoins Lot No 9 ! After much discussion this arrangement lasted until February 3rd 1830 when Adam Smith sold Lots Nos 2-3 & 7½ miles wide center around Park Ave./First avenue but kept most remaining acreage including Old North Road/FarmhouseRoad westward from current First Ave., excepting Lots Nos 1-4 & 8½ miles Wide center around Park Ave./First avenue incorporation part currently residing on Lot No 5 which adjoinsLotNo 9 !! This event marks the end of original map drawn up by Nicholas De Montresor showing areas where township could be formed
Mamaroneck was founded in 1795 by Nicholas Mamaroneck, a Dutch man who had come to America to help establish the new country. The town was named for his father, Marinus Mamaroneck, a judge and magistrate in the Dutch colony of New Netherland. The first store in the town was opened by Nicholas Mamaroneck and his family in 1797. In 1801, the town passed into English hands when Great Britain acquired control of New Netherland. In 1814, during the War of Independence, Patriot forces attacked British forces stationed at Saybrook Colony; however, no one was killed or injured as a result of this attack. On July 1st of that year, Mayor John Pough erected a large granite tablet to commemorate this event.
