In the early 1800s, Endicott was a small town in upstate New York. The population was only around 100 people and most of them lived near the banks of the Susquehanna River. The town had a few stores, a blacksmithshop, and one or two restaurants. However, it was primarily an agricultural community with many farms that grew wheat, corn, potatoes, apples, and other crops. One of the first coffee houses in Endicott was called the Dutchman's Coffee House. It was built in 1798 by Major John Van Schaack and his wife Corneliusa van Schaack. The coffee house served as a place where people could buy newspapers and get their news from other towns in upstate New York. The first espresso machine ever created was made in Endicott by Antonio Ratti in 1868. Ratti's espresso machines were used to make coffee for several years before they were replaced by more efficient machines made by Luigi Bezzuoli. In 1892 Endicott became home to Massimo Bottini's Italian Coffee Company which opened its doors on Main Street with 30 cups of Italian-made coffee per day for customers who bought tickets from door to door. Bottini eventually closed his company due to poor financial performance but his legacy lives on through various cafes throughout New York City that continue to serve Italian-made espresso products today

The Endicott Coffee Company was founded in 1892 by Nicholas andAnna Endicott. The company grew rapidly and by 1907 had become one of the largest coffee companies in New York. In 1934, the company merged with Harpers Ferry Coffee Company to form Harpers Ferry Coffee Corporation. In 1984, the company was sold to Peet's Coffee Incorporated.
Endicott, New York is a small town in western Long Island. The population was 7,354 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Westchester County and home to Endicott Air National Guard Base. The town began as a farming community on the southern edge of what is now downtown Endicott. In 1854, Augustus Mifflin published his book "Endicott: A Village or a Town?" which described the then-nascent village as "a little place with some three hundred inhabitants." By 1870, however, Endicott had grown to 1,500 residents and by 1900 it had reached 3,000. In 1897–98 the United States Congress passed an act entitled "An Act to establish a Teachers' College at EndicOTT". The college opened in 1899 and soon became one of America's leading educational institutions for women (it remains so). In 1907–08 President Theodore Roosevelt convened an inquiry into education in America's rural areas and made recommendations for expansion of public schools in New York State; this led to the establishment of many new school districts throughout Upstate New York following World War I. During World War II much of what is now downtown Endicott was destroyed by bombing raids from Japan; today only a few remnant items remain from that era including two pre-war stores still standing (one closed down in 2006). However, many important buildings were not destroyed but were instead used for other purposes such as administrative offices during peacetime until they were restored to their original condition after the war. Downtown Endicott experienced significant growth after Interstate 95 was built through town in bypassing it on its southern side; this growth spurt coincided with increased economic development which has continued even into recent times with several high-profile businesses opening up within walking distance of downtown over the past decade or so including Delta Airlines Flight 11 Memorial Airport just across Route exits 5A & 5B from downtown (the airport has since been demolished).

In 1974, Bob Evans founded his own artisanal Coffee company in Evansville, Indiana- which is now known as Bob Evans Corporation- after spending several years working at a small grocery store chain called Pee Wee’s Pizza locations throughout southern Indiana (and neighboring Ohio). Endicott, New York is a town in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 24,493 at the 2010 census. It is part of the New York City Metropolitan Area. Endicott is one of the most affluent towns in the county and has astated GDP per capita of $128,723. The first settlers to what is now Endicott were two families from England who arrived in 1650. They named their new land "Endicott" after an old man who had been killed by Indians on Long Island. In 1765, John Endicott founded what is now known as The Falls School and Post Office here. He was also one of the incorporators for Westchester County in 1785. In 1814, Eli Whitney became one of the first men to transportation goods overland from Connecticut through western New York on his horse-drawn wagon road called The Erie Canal System or "the Great Western Road". His company built the canal and made it possible for people throughout northeastern America to purchase goods they couldn't get at home using sea trade or overland travel. This opened up many opportunities for businessmen like Whitney to start their own businesses and bring new life to communities like Endicott and other villages along route 66 where he started his business ventures including shoe stores, flour mills and more importantly post office administrations which provided essential services such as mail delivery and accounting during this time period

The town was named after Sir John Endicott, an English gentleman who purchased land there in 1786. The first settlers arrived in 1796, and by 1800 Endicott had a population of around 100 people. In 1807, a canal was built through Endicott, which made it easier for goods to be transported between New York City and Albany. By 1830, Endicott had a population of over 500 people. The railroad arrived in 1846, and soon Endicott became one of the most important settlements on the eastern seaboard. In 1870, it lost its status as a village when it merged with other villages along the river to form the city of Yonkers. However, during World War II (1939-1945), Endicott served as an important military center due to its location at Raritan Bay Naval Air Station (later known as Long Island Air Force Base). In 1957, EndicOTT merged with nearby Westchester County to form Rockland County
