In the 1860’s, one of Roswell’s earliest entrepreneurs, Charles Manson, started a small grocery store on Elm Street which featured an extensive coffee section. This busy business allowed Manson to develop his own unique recipe for coffee that was popular with Roswellians. The popularity of Manson’s coffee led him to open two more stores in town and continue roast and sell coffee until his death in 1885. Through the years Gourmet Coffee has seen many changes but its core values have remained constant: quality, service, and innovation.
