Las Vegas, New Mexico is home to the world's largest artisan coffee market. The city has been nicknamed "The Coffee Capital of the World" for years due to its high concentration of coffee shops and roasters. In addition to its reputation as a Center of the Arts capital, Las Vegas also boasts a rich coffee history dating back over 100 years. Co-founded by two Italian immigrants, Angelo and Rita Ciaccio, in 1912, their first shop was located on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. In 1963, they opened their second location on West Oakland Avenue in Boyle Heights – one of only two remaining Italian-owned coffee shops in Las Vegas at that time. During the 1960s and 1970s, Angelo and Rita Ciaccio's business grew rapidly due to the influx of Italians who were looking for an affordable place to purchase quality espresso beans from local farmers. Their cafes became known for their unique blend of European-style espresso with Americana touches like cinnamon sugar and whipped cream (known today as tiramisu). In 1995, Angelo and Rita Ciaccio passed away but their legacy lives on through their businesses which continue to serve up unique coffees each day in venerable old buildings on Fremont Street near UNLV campus.

While there are many different types of artisanal coffee (shaken or roast), the most popular type is typically called "coffee." This drink is made from ground beans that have been roasted on site by a professional roaster. It contains complex flavors and has a rich history. The first mention of coffee being brewed in cups comes from Arabians who lived in India during the 12th century. They would give their subjects fresh beans to drink while they were traveling because these drinks had been enjoyed by Arabs for centuries before that. However, it wasn't until the 15th century that espresso began to be developed specifically for use as morning Coffee Houses throughout Europe. Eventually, this beverage became so popular that people started packaging their own beans so they could buy them fresh each day without having to go through an entire shipment! Coffee continued to become more popular throughout the years and eventually became one of the most widely traded commodities on earth! Today's artisanal coffee producers continue to produce delicious beverages with unique flavors all over the world!
