Since Vineland, New Jersey became a center for coffee production in the mid 1800s, coffee has been integral to the town’s economy. One of the earliest coffee roasters in Vineland was John Fenton Coffee and Sons. In 1891, J.F.C.S. began selling their beans direct to consumers through their shop on Main Street in Vineland. With limited resources at that time, JFFConcertified roasters continued to produce high-quality coffee until the early 2000s when they closed down their business entirely due to financial difficulties. However, other businesses have not hesitated to continue producing maga coffee in Vineland since those days – some of which are still running today! The first known store in Vineland that sold maga coffee was Red Lion Coffee Company back in 1916. The company served up unique flavors of this iconic bean throughout its nearly 100 years of business – including a variety of different kinds of espresso drinks and variations on specialty blends like Java Crush and Colombian Gold (which are now considered classics). Today, there are several small-scale businesses that sell maga coffee all across New Jersey – from towns like Sayreville and Paramus to smaller communities like Mountain Lakes and Hackensack. And while these cafes may not carry the same level or prestige as JFFConcertified roasters, they offer a delicious option for those who love java with a flavor twist!

The Vineland Coffee House, at 331 Broadway in Vineland, NJ, served coffee from 1826-1868. The first recorded mention of the coffee house is in a letter from store owner C.F. Hutchinson to his friend and patron John Sisson in 1829. In 1865, the first Dutch shop on Broadwalk opened and began selling Dutch coffee beans to Vinelandians. In 1867, Mr. & Mrs. John Ackerley established a grocery store on Broadway which continued to sell Dutch coffee until it closed in 1924. In 1925, the first Italian family established a cafe on Broadwalk which became known as "Panno's". It was here that Angelo Panno met his future wife Gertrude who worked at the restaurant as a waitress/waiteress for many years before retiring in 1978. Panno's Cafe remained open until its closure in 1984 after many years of operation by their descendants; however it is now home to several small businesses that operate out of its former space including New Jersey's first brewery (Eagle Brewery) and second largest convenience store (Target).
Vineland, New Jersey is a small town in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The population was 9,539 at the 2010 census. Vineland is located on the Delaware River and is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The first European settlers in what is now Vineland were Dutch families who arrived in 1664. In 1795, when New Netherland became independent from Holland, they voted to name their new town "New Amsterdam." However, because of its location on the river and its attractiveness as a landing spot for goods coming downriver from Pennsylvania and Delaware, the town grew rapidly and by 1808 it had a population of over 4,000 people. In 1814, William Clayton purchased land in what is now Vineland from Nicholas Bryant for $1 million (the price at which land parcels were then selling). He named his plantation "Clayton's Landing". Over time other landowners added their own names to the community - First Colony Landing was founded by Elias Cummings in 1827; Second Colony Landing was founded by John Armstrong in 1830; Third Colony Landing was established by Ebenezer Morse in 1835; Fourth Colony Landing was founded by Isaac Brockman in 1840; Fifth Colony Landing was founded by Augustus Kelley in 1850 - each successive colony landing becoming known as an appendage to Claytons' original lands. Clayton died without issue in 1855 and his estate passed through several hands before being sold off to railroads and developers throughout the 20th century. By 1940 there were only about 100 people living within the limits of Vineland proper – most of whom worked on farms or farm-related businesses within a few miles of where they lived. However, during World War II much of Vineland came alive with industry as thousands men took up arms to help build America's defenses against Nazi Germany. The war brought heavy production costs associated with rebuilding everything after World War II – including destroyed housing – which led to significant decreases in population size and economic viability within Vineline during the postwar years until it stabilized around 2000 when it began experiencing modest growth again thanks largely to waves of immigrants that have come since then. Today Vineland remains one of those communities that are slowly emerging from decades-long decline but also one that has seen some recent progress: In 2002–2004 there were plans for a massive retail development called Gateway Plaza adjacent to Route 22/Route 23 interchange – which would have resulted in more than 1 million square feet (1008 m²) built on all sides of Interstate 95 between Center City Philadelphia and Southwark Township – but these plans never got very far due primarily to opposition from nearby residents who felt like their neighborhoods would be directly impacted despite having no say over how this development would be designed or conducted (Gateway Plaza ultimately failed totally). Additionally, although efforts have been made recently via private donations towards improving public transportation options within town boundaries (including developing an express bus service that could run directly into central business district serves) such as implementing bike lanes/paths along arterial roads near schools etc., overall support seems far below average given current economic conditions The Comprehensive Plan for Vineland received final approval from Middlesex County Planning Commission on October 15th 2017 allowing for annexation into CentreCityPhiladelphia based upon strong neighborhood demand! This marks an important step forward for our community as we continue work towards stabilization following years of planning Revision & Development!

Vineland is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 Census, Vineland's population was 14,898. The name derives from the Dutch term vinnen (to fish), meaning "to live" or "a place where one can live". The area that now makes up Vineland was first settled by Dutch colonists in 1609. In 1731, a group of Englishmen and Indians led by Captain John Smith landed at what is now Vineland and named it after their homeland of England. In 1778, the British General George Washington passed through Vineland on his way to Princeton University; he stopped at the tavern called the White Horse for dinner and then continued on to Princeton. In 1834, Aaron Burr visited Vineland while traveling between Newark and Morristown; he tasted some apples from a tree near present-day River Road and called them "the best I ever ate." In 1886, Mayor John Pugh granted land for a school in Vineland to Josephine Butler Borough School District No. 1 due to her efforts in developing new shopping centers around town which had been struggling during the late 19th century. The opening of this school marked one of the first steps towards creating what is now Vineland as an independent municipality within Bergen County in 1912. The borough became part of the City of Paramus upon its merger with Township on May 2nd 1965. On November 3rd 1978, voters approved bonds for infrastructure projects including new roads and sewers as well as replacement windows for all homes in borough since 1955 which would bring about economic revitalization across entire township/municipality into the 21st century. This redevelopment has led to increased property values within both municipalities over time making it one of Bergen County's most affluent townships by median household income alone recently surpassing even Paramus Township which had more households earning over $100K per year ago according to Forbes Magazine’s 2017 report “The 20 richest municipalities in America” On September 15th 2009 controversy erupted when videos surfaced online purporting to show ""Vineland security guards Association members intimidating local residents"" during protests against proposed changes made to zoning laws affecting small businesses throughout town Center Avenue were being met with hostility from groups such as Artvoice who argue that these types of protests are necessary given how large amounts of gentrification has taken place throughout center avenue since 2007 when those changes were made without input from any elected officials or community groups
The town of Vineland was founded in 1701 by Hugh Mercer and his wife, Susannah. The first white people to live in the area were Dutch traders. In 1814, the United States acquired the land from Britain for $13,500. Vineland became a township in 1834 and a city in 1908.
