Coffee has been a popular drink for centuries in Lindenwold, New Jersey. The first coffee house opened in 1785 and the first Starbucksopened in 1994. Today, there are over 60 coffee shops and cafes in Lindenwold alone. Some of the earliest coffeehouses were run by Dutch immigrants who brought their own roasted beans with them to America. In 1847, a German immigrant named Johann Baptiste van der Heyden started the first café west of the Allegheny Mountains in what is now Philadelphia. By 1860, there were more than 20 coffeehouses operating throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. In 1865, an American entrepreneur named Elijah Bender opened the first Java Coffee House on Broad Street inPhiladelphia’s Old City. Java was one of the early pioneers of modern day caffeine consumption with its unique blend of Ethiopian and Dutch roasts. Java remains one of Philadelphia’s most popular tourist destinations today. The popularity of coffee began to spread outside of Pennsylvania and West Virginia during the 1890s when entrepreneurs began opening espresso bars or “cafés” all over America serving quality Italian-style espresso drinks from small local crewsourced roasters like Peet’s Coffee & Tea Merchants Inc., Four Roses Distillery Company, Deming Coffee Roasters (later Dunkin' Donuts), etcetera. At this time, café restaurants became known as “cafes delaware style” because they served salty lobster bisque dishes—a dish that originated at Delaware's famous Delmonico Hotel - followed by rich cream puffs called gingersnaps which originated at a nearby bakery called Gertrude's.. While some cafés continued to serve traditional roast-of-the-day coffees until well into the 1940s (e.g., The Royal Cafe on 5th Avenue between 25th & 26th Streets), others transitioned into drive-through cafes where customers would order their food through a window while parked next to the cafe itself (e.g., Wawa). As Americans increasingly turned to caffeine for wakefulness before work or during leisure activities such as shopping/entertainment venues like movie theatres or mall malls during this time period – many cafés became known as "The Starbucks Way" due to their ubiquitous presence within these settings - eventually leading to name recognition for bothchains among consumers nationwide!

Lindenwold is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 3,698 at the 2010 census. Lindenwold was formed from parts of Bloomfield Township and Union Township on March 14, 1916. The first settler in what is now Lindenwold was Nicholas Simons who purchased land in 1685. His grandson John Simons founded the village of Westville in 1797 after purchasing a tract of land east of Newark from William Penn (the founder of Philadelphia). In 1829, John's son, Ebenezer Simons built the first house in what is now Lindenwold Village. After years of growth and development by Ebenezer and his children Isaac, Silas and Amos (along with their parents), the village had a schoolhouse by 1852; four churches were built between 1854-1856; two mills were built in 1857; three stores were opened between 1860-1862; two roads were constructed - one connecting Newark to Middlesex County and the other running through Bloomfield Township to Morris County - these roads are still extant today as Raritan Avenue and Overlook Road. In 1863-64, Charles Fenton bought an additional piece of land east of Newark from Ebenezer Simons which became known as Fenton Heights. A year later he donated $5 to purchase property west of Newark along Route 206 for what would become Broadwalk shopping center: this parcel also remains extant today as South Orange Boulevard across from Parsippany Plaza mall. In 1867 Amasa Morse donated an additional piece of land to form part of present-day Lindenwold Village including much appreciated views over Fort Lee Reservoir towards Manhattan skyline. Shortly before World War I began on April 6th 1915, residents awoke to reports that German soldiers had entered their community early that morning while they slept unaware! This shocking event quickly made headlines throughout the area as many people either took defense measures or gathered arms knowing full well that war would soon erupt overseas! The Germans continued entering into various communities throughout NJ during WWI until finally reaching New York City on November 11th 1918 where they surrendered unconditionally without any shots being fired! At this point most everyone within Lindenwald knew that war was coming home...or so they thought! After WWI ended hostilities erupted again both domestically and abroad with new conflicts such as Vietnam War followed by current wars like Iraq & Syria etc., but it seems nothing can bring peace back to our little corner ol' NJ......until maybe some new settlers come down here & start building things...but we'll never know because nobody ever comes & tells us about it!!!

Lindenwold is a small town in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 7,332 at the 2010 census. Lindenwold is part of the Glassboro–Ewing Township Metropolitan Statistical Area. Lindenwold was first settled in 1777 by Dutch immigrants. The name "Lindenwald" meaning "woody clearing" comes from this location. The history of Lindenwald begins with the Dutch settlers who arrived in 1777 and established a farmstead on what is now Park Avenue and Ridge Road. They named their new settlement after home village of Lindenhof, Netherlands which they had visited several times during their travels across North America. In 1801, the area became part of Morris County and was renamed to Lindenwald Township after General James Caldwell, who served as governor of New Jersey from 1795 to 1800 and later became a U.S. Senator from New York City (1796-1802). In 1857, the township's boundaries were increased when it merged with neighboring Glassboro Township to form theGlassboro–Ewing Township metropolitan statistical area (MSA). Today, much of what once made up Lindenwald has been lost within Glassboro Township while parts have become part of Warren or Uniontown municipalities since then; however many aspects of its past remain visibly evident in smaller towns such as South Plainfield and Mount Laurel that border Glassborowhich surrounds it on three sides . According to the 2010 Census data available online (from United States Census Bureau), there are 7,332 residents living in Lindenwold – slightly over half the population size for all but one Hunterdon County municipality located within 30 miles (48 km) of Newark/Newark Liberty International Airport (!), making it one of NJ’s most densely populated places outside New York City proper . The earliest known deed found for land that would become modern day Lindenwold dates back to July 10th 1700 when Nicholas Vroomans purchased 5 acres east side cedar swamp for £10 addition Tax included also 1 cypress tree also lot 2nd purchase date October 12 1699 £14 3 men Joseph Goodrich & Abraham Kapp went ahead w/Purchase 8 Acres more Septembre 29 1700 $120 Present day lot number 6 north side current street map
