When he died in office four years later Tom Woods succeeded him as president and placed Harding's library back where it belonged-in Philadelphia proper! Since then much has changed in this quiet corner of New Jersey; changes that have led to some interesting stories about what life was like before digital technology made everything so easy! One such story concerns Topo Chico Hot Springs which is located just outside Franklin Lakes proper along Route 4806A (the old road leading from Trenton into Pennsylvania).
