The USS Constitution was decommissioned in 1881, but it was reactivated as a training ship in 1922. It served as a unit of the Fleet Marine Force until 1946. After that, it became part of the United States Coast Guard.
Cliffside Park is a small town in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 8,491 at the 2010 census. It lies just north of Newark and east of Hackensack on the border of Middlesex and Union counties. The name "Cliffside Park" comes from Cliff's Hill, a mountain located just to the south of town. The hill was used as an observation point by early settlers for looking out over their land. Cliff's Hill also served as a center for local agriculture until the early 20th century when it became less important due to growing crops in nearby towns such as Newark and Paterson. The first inhabitants of Cliffside Park were Dutch immigrants who arrived in 1732. They lived on what is now Main Street in what is now Cliffside Park Township before moving to Ridgefield Township in 1738. In 1814, they founded Clifftop Village (later renamed Clifftop) on what is now Northumberland Avenue near present-day Old Bridge Road. After two years of construction, the village failed because there was no water available and residents moved away again when a new creek was discovered upstream. In 1825, John Rodrigues settled at Cliffside Park after arriving from Portugal with his family. Rodrigues built the first blockhouse in what is now Northwest Boulevard and developed a farm around it which he named "Ridgefield". He also laid down some rules for living life within these boundaries: No smoking indoors or outside; no drinking alcohol; no gambling; proper burial practices – every person should be buried with at least one particle of their body left behind so that angels can visit them hereafter; etcetera... Rodrigues' descendants still live within those boundaries today making Clifford side road one of NJ's most heavily populated areas even though its ZIP code 70812 does not reflect this fact! Emanuel Larkin purchased property adjacent to Rodrigues' farm in 1831 and began developing it into a residential area known as Englewood which would eventually become Cliffside Park Township (today's Morris County). Larkin had plans to move his entire company manufacturing cigars out west but unfortunately did not have enough money to carry out his plan so he decided to settle all his employees back home rather than head off into unknown territory again like many others during that time period...Larkin also laid down some strict rules about weather conditions inside and outside his homes: If it rained outside then everyone stayed inside until it stopped raining; if it rained inside then everyone went out onto the porch/walk where they enjoyed their meal regardless of whether or not rain continued pouring outside... During prohibition era many people made decisions based upon fear rather than reality - this included many entrepreneurs such as Larkin who decided against prohibitionist lifestyle because doing so would have meant losing business opportunities

Cliffside Park is a borough in the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, located within Camden County. As of the 2010 census, the population was 19,713. Cliffside Park is named for two rocky cliffs that overlook the river and its surroundings. The first settlement at Cliffside Park was founded in 1799 by members of the Dutch community of New Amsterdam on land purchased from Robert Treat Whitestone. The name referred to both the cliffs and to a nearby creek which emptied into what is now known as Passaic River. In 1814, when Princeton University moved to Newark, it became part of Camden County and Cliffside Park was annexed into the new municipality. The first Mayor of Cliffside Park was John Pemberton who served from 1818-1824. During his time, Clifford Hall (now Cliffside Terrace) opened as one of the first public squares in America and an agricultural market was established on Market Street near today's Old Bridge Road. In 1847-1848, during Reconstruction following the Civil War, CliffSide Park saw increased activity due to its close proximity to Philadelphia and its status as a black working class community rich in natural resources such as coal and oil shale
