By 1830, there were over 100 different roasters operating in Mesquite. Most of these roasters processed their beans through grinding or pressing methods which yielded a unique flavor profile for each individual cup of coffee. Many mesquite residents enjoyed drinking Altuve'scoffee because it was New World quality with an earthy taste and a light body. Today, many people enjoy enjoying fresh roasted Mesquite Coffee every day!

It's not easy to get used to living this far inland since it can be very hot during summer months and quite cold at other times of year; however, Mesquite has become one of my favorite places on earth – I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a unique place to call home!
