On March 6, 1907, Bellevue became a city with a population of 3400 residents after it passed an act to become an consolidated city with Omaha. Bellevue has been home to several large companies including Abbott Laboratories (1927), Cummins Incorporated (1982), Emerson Electric Corporation (1983), First Data Corporation (1995), Hewlett-Packard Company (2007) and Intel(1999). The city also hosted the first United States Open Tennis Championships in 1934 and continues to be one of its main sporting attractions with events such as the American Women's Open tennis championships and world tournaments like the US Open Tennis Championship being played there each year In recent years Bellevue has seen some growth with development taking place such as Oneida Hills shopping center being built just outside of town limits while another high-end development called "Platinum" is set to open up next door soon bringing much needed traffic into town .

This machine allowed baristas to make single or double shots of espresso using hot water heated up on an oven mantle or stove top! By 1700, espresso machines were being sold throughout much of Asia Minor (modern Turkey), including Baghdad and Aleppo! These machines became very important because they allowed cafés to serve large quantities of java at once without having to wait long periods for each shot to come out—a skill that still requires some dexterity today! Consequently, the development of espresso machines played an essential role in bringing new life into old cafes throughout many parts of the world!
