By 1913, the business had grown to include three stores and an oven. A post office was established here by John Aubrey founded milepost #27 on July 10th 1868 with mail being sent via stagecoach to Great Falls (then called Great Sioux City) In 1881 when it became a town, Bozemen voted to change its name to Helena after Princess Helena of Greece and Denmark who visited America that year on her way back from visiting Europe at that time well known for her charitable work across America including building hospitals in Detroit etcetera The issue surrounding the choice between "Helena" or "Bozemen" led to some humorous letters being written home complaining about how everyone had chosen one name over another which eventually evolved into today's popular usage In 1915 when World War I started local farmers began supplying troops along side Kansas farmers leading to great wealth for both groups combined creating what we know as "the hamburger era". At this time many small businesses were closed due to high cost of supplies while larger companies outsourced production because war was making things difficult especially with exports such as lumber which went up 50% due to increased demand during wartime This period also saw advances in transportation methods like airplane travel so goods could be shipped directly rather than having them transported through various points where prices would go up
