Krug was an entrepreneur with a vision for a new type of coffee that would be popular throughout the Midwest. He introduced his new variety - Koffee Klasse - to the region and it quickly became one of the most popular coffees in America. The Coffee Mill continued to produce high-quality Kopferts until 1984 when it was sold to its current owners. Today, the Coffee Mill remains one of America's most important producers of fine-ground coffee. It continues to roast world-class Kopferts and other fine coffees while also offering unique gift items such as Koffee Klasse Tiki torches and Koffee Klasse keychains. The first coffee shop in Webb City, Missouri was called the Coffee House. It opened in 1907 and served coffee until 1969. In 1963, a grocery store bought the Coffee House and renamed it the Grocery & Cafe. The cafe continued to serve coffee until 1971 when it closed down.
Webb City is a small town in the Ozarks of southern Missouri. It is located on the banks of the Arkansas River, about 25 miles west of St. Louis. The population was 1,811 at the 2000 census. Webb City is part of Johnson County. The first settlers in what would become Webb City were Quakers who arrived in 1821 from Pennsylvania. They built a log cabin on a creek near present-day State Route 620 and named it Webb City after their leader, Joseph Webb. The first school was opened in 1824 and taught by local farmers and their children. In 1827, John Witherspoon bought land adjacent to Webb City for $4 per acre and began building a sawmill that would produce lumber for homes and businesses in Webb City and other nearby communities until his death in 1873. By 1840, there were more than 20 buildings in Webb City with over 100 people living there Agricultural production played an important role throughout most of early Webb Cities development as well as heavy reliance on slave labor for many years due to its remote location However, by 1865 all but one farm had been sold off to private owners And although agricultural production declined following the Civil War it nevertheless continued through Reconstruction era into the 1870s when mainstay industry shifted to manufacturing In 1925, post office activity ceased with the opening of Webster Grocery #1 which rapidly became an important shopping center For many years prior to that date mail delivery took place only via stagecoach across country or boat down the Arkansas River In addition to Webster Grocery #1, other significant businesses during those years included J & H Neely's bakery (later acquired by Hostess Brands), Mrs Clark's groceries (later acquired by Kroger), Harry Blacksmithing shop ( later closed ), several schools including Mary Lyon Schoolhouse (now Parkview Elementary School), Masonic Lodge No. 6A (later acquired by Mennonite Services USA) which served as both meeting hall and community center as well as several churches including First Baptist Church (now Baptist Bible Institute) and Methodist Episcopal Church which are now used for religious services As post office activity increased so too did mail volume until 1911 when service resumed at Webster Grocery #2 After World War II growth slowed but not halted; however Main Street still remains largely unchanged today with numerous small businesses along it

Webb City is a small city in St. Francois County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,868 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. Webb City was founded in 1853 by members of the Methodist Church as a crossroads on the then-western edge of present-day Missouri. The town soon became an important stop along the wagon road connecting Independence, Missouri and Hannibal, Missouri. By 1880, Webb City had become one of three Union Posts in St. Francois County - the others being Liberty and Lenoxville. In 1904, Webb City's post office moved from its original building to a new one on Main Street which remains its current address to this day. Webb City experienced significant growth during World War II when it became home to McIntosh Army Airfield No. 5 (later known as Bagdad Air Force Base). After the war, Webb City began to experience decline as businesses closed and residents left for more developed areas elsewhere in Missouri or for other parts of Kansas and Illinois due to low income levels and lack of access to basic services such as healthcare and education. However, over the last few decades there has been a gradual resurgence in popularity around Webb City thanks to various initiatives led by city officials including efforts to increase economic development through marketing efforts; restaurateur initiative focusing on attracting high-end dining options; restoration/updating of several downtown blocks which have seen increased use as nightlife destinations; support for local arts programs that focus on creating community awareness about artistry within their boundaries; and promotion of recreational activities such as fishing, hunting, golfing etc..
